I have no idea what these two guys below me are talking about. I've been waiting for a month and a half now to hear back from them. The last/only update i received from them was saying that my incredibowl i420 was on backorder but fastforward to the present time. I still havent been contacted back, i cant leave a message with them because apparently their voicemailbox is full, and im out over $200 without the ability to get a refund from these hustlers.

This is quite possibly one of the most frustrating situations ive ever been in... Stayyyyy awayyy

Well not much to sayabout this site or its peoepl working there. Your guys roooock :) i started smoking 2 years ago, and now me and granddad have something else to talk to about every sunday when we go fishing on the lake. My first order in novemeber took 2 weeks for delivery but the dude John at wickie pipes was nice and explained alls the delay was for some crazy update that this happened. He said my order would come in over at priority shipping and booom there it was at my doorstep in just 2 days from LA to Michigan. I cant wait to see this update that everybody is talking about all over the place. John said we'll get the invitation email very soon... and a special shout to Big Jim my grandpa for introducing me to the site. Make sure both me grandpa get those emails. Thanks for the great service John.

I must say I've researched all over the internet and they were the only company that offered so much unique products online. All the other companies had cheap smoking pipes, I think wickiepipe's selection was awesome.

So I ordered a incredibowl I420 for myself, and my girlfriend like the armilon capsule, also I got a WickiePipe for my brother for the holiday. So, the reason why I'm writing this review is because once I order 2-4 hours late I got my tracking number and 2 day later my goodies arrived, and once I opened my package I got a free grinder, a 420 spray for the Oder elimination, and a free lighter! I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the service and my new pipe, awesome. I will defiantly be shopping with Wickiepipe again. Happy customer :)

Placed an order for an "in stock" pipe. The pipe never shipped despite them charging my card. They didn't respond to any of my 3 e-mails. I also couldn't speak with a person over the phone because it was just a recording. I may end up having to file a report for a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

[Edit] In addition to the 3 e-mails I sent I also have now attempted to contact them by phone 3 times during their listed hours. Each time I received a recorded message saying that it was after hours and to leave a message and they would get back to me. None of the 3 calls were returned. Now today Wickiepipe's website security certificate has been revoked and my computers security settings wont allow me to visit the site any longer. I contacted my bank and informed them of the situation. The customer service rep I spoke to was happy to file it as fraud and reverse the charges so at least I got my money back.

So far, not good! The order process was smooth as silk. HOWEVER... they sent the wrong item...$60 worth of the wrong item. They have my money but won't reply to my emails or contact messages on their site. They say if you have a problem contact them within 72hrs... how do I do that when you won't respond to me... and the phone contact is a joke. Nothing but a recording - no warm bodies to speak with. I'm feeling duped and not happy about it. I'm gonna need my $60 back or the actual item I ordered - no bait and switch allowed here!
