Great products at great prices. Had a bit of a problem contacting customer service regarding a missing item but this was due to a system problem and when they did come back to me they were very helpful.
Cheap prices. No communication. Order perpetually stuck in "processing" for 2 weeks. No response at all after contacting via *******@wickipipe, twitter and their contact us form on website. Item probably on back order, but card charged. Then again, I don't know because no one will f'ing answer me.
Great customer service. Manufacturer delay in item... so upgraded to express shipping.

I made three different orders, to separate addresses, and they all took three months to process... I received one of the items and the order was wrong, the other two I ended up canceling.
I had to chase them the whole time through email, loads of them, all there response emails where protocoled and robotic.
I dont trust the fact that they sold me three items they had no stock for and, I wosent informed and had to spend my time and energy chasing them.
Not good
Not only did this site have the cheapest price on the product I was trying to order, but my item shipped very quickly (3 days) and they threw in a free lighter! If I was looking for something else I would definitely check this place out again.
Purchased a wickie pipe lighter and the lighter failed after a few months. I contacted the distributor and they said I had a 30 day warranty and I was out of luck. The product may be cool but is not made well and they won't stand behind their own product. Stay away from wickie!
