Placed order 3 months ago. Was promised that it will be fulfilled on multiple occasions. Fast forward 3 months... no order, no reply to emails. Disputed charge with CC company. Never again. Save your time and your money.
Called and emailed a month after I placed order. Took several attempts. Got back to me it would be another month. I called in a month and same thing, took several attempts to contact same person, told another month. Still did not receive and it's been almost another month past when they told me I would get my order.
Ordered a special very expensive pipe and all they did was charge me and never ship it. So after waiting 2 weeks I emailed them twice with no response and then they "refunded" me though that hasn't hit my card yet. I really wanted the pipe not a refund. What a POS website. After reading all these reviews with the exact same issue I wish I would have done some research before I placed my order as I would never support a business that treats customers like this.
This website is a scam stay away! I place a order over 3 months ago they charged my card took my money they have not sent me the order & not answering the phone.
I ordered a particular pipe but got a similar sub-standard pipe instead. Customer Service is non-existent. This company is horrible. I've called multiple times and e-mailed them. They could not care at all. I would highly recommend you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This place is the pits.
Ok here's my update to my last review about wickiepipes.
I finally received my pipe, extra screen, and 9 inch extension tube for my fumo pipe.
I am still waiting on the glass bowl which I was told would be in last Friday or today Monday Dec 14.The pipe etc are top notch and I am very happy with this purchase thus far.
Wickiepipes needs to work on there website and list items out of stock if they don't have them at time of order.
Would I order from them again? Yes but I will place a call first to make sure they have what i want to order in stock. I noticed some posters stated that this company doesn't pickup there phone or call back. I have to say I didn't have that problem.

Feeling ripped off - Purchased a pipe 14 days ago. The order is still being "processed". No response to emails. No response to request to cancel the order. Nothing. I don't know why all these other reviews are so positive. I am pretty sure I'll fall into the "paid my money and got nothing" category. Next step will be to contact credit card fraud people, as well as these guys suppliers. I'm sure the suppliers would like to know how they are being represented.

I ordered one of their wickie pipes and i was very pleased with the overall quality and build of the product. Shipping was very decent and the price was very worth it. Will recommend and shop again.

Really the best web site for pipes. I smoke a lot of differenf stuff so I use their web site pretty often. They are the leading store in their industry and have every new and unique pipe. They are also the first to get most stuff when it just comes out and have the best prices so I don't even need to shop around. Other web sites won't have it or if they do then they probably bought it from these guys so they sell it for more.
WickiePipe is without a doubt the best online pipe store there is. I absolutely love them! I had a very small issue with one of my orders and needless to say, it was resolved the very best way possible. I also appreciate the personal touch when it comes to their customer relations. WickiePipe is nothing short of class as far as customer service is concerned. Their product selection is second to none and their shipping times are fantastic. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate having WickiePipe around. I'm definitely a customer for life and I'll be purchasing more pipes (and other smoking supplies) in the future. Actually i have a question what is the number to be able to talk to a Representative that can answer a couple of question cause the number on the page dose not work it all no one ever answer please and thank you.
First and last time I use this site. My order has been "processing" for a week now. After being assured by a rep on monday that there was a problem with their computers, my order would ship by the next day. Four days later, same problem, only now their phone number goes to voice mail for the last 2 days and it's full! I sent an email which I'm still waiting for a reply. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Pony express by mail, takes a month to ship this will be my last order I found another web site that has the same stuff shipping is fast. To bad wickie pipes someday when you all get your act together give a call
WickiePipe is awesome! I really enjoyed my product and shopping experience. I did have a question about a product and the gentleman was really helpful and guided me towards what I was exactly looking for. 5 star service. Will definitely get more business from me in the near future.
WickiepipesI has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I got a brand new item from them that did not work at all and they basically told me tough $#*! go through the manufacturer. After point of sale they do not care about their customers if they did they would have returned the item I bought at least exchange it which they did not even offer to I strongly recommend to stay away from Wickiepipes.
'Had an issue w/ a product awhile back and although it seemed like a simple fix or solution, I received a replacement for said product free of charge.
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people.
All around 5 stars for customer servise alone.
