I have worked with my account manager very closely and I would recommend the work that he does. Very educated, talented and smart. He has helped our business very much with social media marketing and taken a lot of weight off our shoulders.

I hired why unified To take over my store because I wasn't sure why I was getting lots of traffic but no sales. It took about 2 to 4 weeks start to start seeing really good results but I was really anxious during the first one to two weeks because it was pretty minimal. Working with them is a pleasure they have turn my store until how much more effective version with their sales funnels and I am really happy with how the branding turned out. I would recommend them for any new store owner but be mindful on my experience that I can take some time to start seeing good results because I was quite anxious during that time and annoying the heck out of my account manager which was very patient knowledgeable and easy-going with my constant messages I would say that their communication is really good. On average I got responses within an hour to my questions.
Very very good company for starting drop shipping. I wish I could have found them sooner before spending a few thousand on drop shipping courses and learning everything when they do everything for me. Live and learn. I would encourage anyone who is getting into drop shipping to give them a try.
Having this company by our side made big differences with our marketing campaigns with both the ones they managed and the ones another agency managed with the deep analytics access that they have with being able to literally see our competitors google analytics in real time. I was spending a hefty chunk of cash on Facebook/Insta ads until you guys told me otherwise and I am thrilled that I chose to parter with you. FYI for anyone out there doing facebook ads, they work well but organically gaining followers with the same type of targeting that you have through facebook/insta brings in ten times more qualified prospects who actually want to interact and engage with your brand. Yeah, we get less volume but it's more precise than it was previously plus we are not spending thousands now. These guys did a great job with our social media and creating a posting strategy that nurtures our products because in the past we just ran ads and posting our products randomly with discounts. I was hesitant when it came to their strategy because it was different but its turning out really well. A+ for this team. Coincidentally, I found you guys on Instagram LOL!

We hired this company to do our email marketing campaigns for our ecommerce store and I can tell you they have your best interest at heart, the consultant we work with is smart and knows what they are doing, we feel there could be more improvement with meetings other than on mondays but our upsells have improved a lot. So happy that we choose you guys to create our new website and run our marketing campaigns. We spent so much time with our previous designer just to get the website finished yet to find out that it's not converting well or ranking in search engines for keywords that have traffic to them.
If your planning on choosing this company then do it because the difference between having a website built with a marketer is uncomparable because every part is created for a specific purpose and reason. Best company known to build websites at such a low cost. I dealt with a lot of website designers in the past and it turned out terrible. Working with a bunch of marketers to create a website gives such a different perspective. It has increased our sales by a lot and I would recommend building a website with this company.

I tried calling my account manager to provide the information that was requested but I am unable to get ahold of him. I know it's a Sunday night, but in marketing the clock never stops. I guess this is one of the downfalls of being open until 5 PM. I will wait it out but I can tell you that I am pretty frustrated since I did have a few questions that I won't be able to get too until tomorrow afternoon since Monday's are busy. I would highly consider improving in this aspect or providing direct numbers to cell phones of account managers so that we can reach them at anytime in the day or night. Hope you really take this into consideration as I will update the review when I see it happen since this is my only complaint but most important.
Trevor, we're sorry to hear that you've had trouble with reaching your account manager on the weekend. Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday at 9 AM EST - 5 PM EST. We understand that it might be important to reach someone on the weekend; we do have to option of emailing hello@whyunified.com for priority escalation.
Many of our other partners have kicked us to the curb in these times. The response Why Unified has had in times of crisis in the globe has been exceptional along with all of the assistance that they have offered. With having to resort in closing our doors for store locations, Sam has given us direction in what to do to keep revenue flowing after coming to a near halt by expanding online and repairing our cash flows in different ways.
They quickly created our online store and had it up in less than a week and tied all of the other marketing we were doing with them to the online store and transitioned all of our in store customers to our website.
It's not what it used to be but I can tell you that we are open for business in comparison to many other stores that don't have the same reality. It's been a big but valuable learning lesson.

I use workplace and it's a fantastic platform that I use everyday to run my business but we we are having strains with having to only use Unified as a processor for payments. We would like to have the ability to integrate with Authorize.net and use our own processor even if we have to pay a monthly subscription for every app (like other platforms) we are open to that. If you plan on testing this with users, please add us as beta testers.
Trey, we understand that it's important with being able to choose your own credit card processor with Workplace. We do now have the option to integrate with 100's of processors when upgrading to Plus with Workplace.
I was not able to access my marketing metrics account for a few hours this week and it put me behind. I contacted my manager and I was eventually able to access it again but this should not be happening in 2019. I set a specific time once a week to see my metrics and this put my schedule behind. Who is going to pay for my lost time?

I have worked with so many marketing companies in the past and this is one of the first companies who has been honest with me about search engine optimization. Rather than targeting 50 keywords, they told me to focus on the top 15 and have the rest of them rank through the natural process. So many SEO companies are selling keywords when they are going to rank anyways if you are doing SEO for closeley similar words and if the website is optimized. Thank you for being honest and saving me money. You have a lifetime of a customer.

There's good news and bad news!
Good news is that I have a really good store that why unified assigned to me and it's cash flow positive.
Bad news is that it too longer than I expected for it to all happen. I was under the impression that I would be profitable from day one, but it took about a month or so for everything to balance out.
Either way, I'm really happy! I just think that improvment could be used with sharing better expectations. To be truthful, there was no specific date mentioned by the team but only rough estimates.
All in all, I would recommend this company. Very fast to respond to questions, concerns, and with providing helpful input. One of the many companies that actually did what they said they would do even though it too longer than I expected.
Good experience with them. I let them handle everything for me with dropshipping and it has been a success. Hidden gem of a company with real results.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Why Unified Business. I recently made a substantial payment for two plans, specifically the Dropship Plus and the Amazon Prime Add-On, with the explicit expectation of receiving branded products for my FBA Seller Central account.
Despite dedicating a considerable amount of time and resources, approximately five long months, I have witnessed no tangible progress or results whatsoever. My repeated inquiries regarding the situation have been met with empty promises, claiming that all issues would be resolved within a mere two business days.
The current circumstances are not only completely unacceptable but also demonstrate a lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of Why Unified Business.
I sincerely hope that you will understand the gravity of the situation. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, keeping me informed of any progress, updates, or resolutions to rectify the substantial failures and disappointments I have experienced thus far.

Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
