I wanted to get into drop shipping for the longest time, and I wasted a lot of money along the way with crooked marketing companies that produced zero results.
Why Unified was my last stop.
I signed up with them last winter at the peak of the pandemic. I got my own marketing manager that took what I had and turned it into a more effective strategy using their marketing funnels.
Now that I look back, I did not have much. All these courses that I spent money on was a waste of time and energy. I wish I would have just came here first.
Like many others, I bought a store. Added some products, put some ads up and thought I was done. I was sooooo wrong. I had no concept to the brand, no strategy and I was reaching a bunch of random people with my advertising. I only know this because my account manager brought this to my attention.
I let them get the handle on things and honestly, it took some time. I started to think they were another marketing agency that was going to take me to the dry cleaners.
I'm happy I stuck through. It took me about three months and my store had started to produce the stream of revenue that I wanted to get into this business for. I've made back my investment and I am finally growing.
I'm not really good at the technicalities of the marketing, but all I know is that it looks great and it works. I asked myself if I would buy from this marketing funnel and if I would, so would others.
My marketing manager was always there when I needed help, direction, advice and he was far above and beyond more than just a manger, but my business consultant pretty much. I'm thankful I met such a genuine soul. His name was Gabe. If management is reading this, this guy needs a raise and he is one of your key assets.
Only downfall that I personally did not like about everything was having to pay for advertising spend for the month ahead. When I did it myself, I paid as I go. I do get that they get left holding the bag if I leave, so it makes sense, but it was kinda a strain until I started making money.

Not only did they take over my store and do everything for me, but they also educated me along the way. It turns out that all of the things that I learned about on YouTube was a lot of miss-information. Really thankful that I ran into this company and saved so much money. By the end of month two, I was able to recoup my losses from all the months I spent doing it on my own.
Few pros and cons:
- My password resets sometimes when I login to the dashboard. Not a big deal, but I think it's a glitch. Not sure if it's fixed since it hasen't happened in a while.
- The dashboard is awesome. I can see everything about my store in real-time. It brights together my advertising camapign, store, customer orders, and everything in one place.
- The fact that you guys handle the customer service and the order processing for my store is just unbeliveable. This has taken a huge cost and time off my shoulders. Never lose this feature!
- Love the fact that we get paid directly to our Stripe account and that you guys don't take any portion of our sales. So many other companies wanted a 25% revenue share.
I really have nothing bad to say! I know with reviews, someone always has something to say, but your company has made my dropshipping dreams come true and opened my eyes to a whole new world of making money through my store.
I'll be opening a few more stores with you and recommending a few friends.
I've been a Unified client for 9 months now and would like to highlight the elements that I like the most about this company. First, I like the fact that they first send you a questionnaire with a lot of questions to get to know your company really in depth, and I've never seen that in the past with any other marketing company or freelancer. From my perspective nowadays, marketing companies only care about getting the job done and their own interests and as I mentioned this is what not the case with Unified. Then they prepared a report for my company, they shared examples with me about how my website would look like, the kind of posts they were going to create for me and many other things so I was able to have a complete overview about what will the process be like. I have to say that I was impressed by the creativity of these guys, the website design and social media posts were my favorite part, they were able to catch all the information I provided and my ideas and turn it into a good-looking marketing plan. Since that moment I felt confident that I was at the right place.
Then, they sent to me all the posts they created to be published on my Facebook, Instagram, etc. The posts were great, really creative, personalized, they understood very well the concept of my business however I still provided my feedback in regards to a few things that needed to be fixed for the content of the posts, the good part was that the changes were done the same day and everything was perfect just the way I wanted. The design of the website was really good also, they added many new features to my previous website and the new version was developed in 4 days. Once our website went live, we started posting images every day, we were featured on other famous blogs, and they initiated the email marketing campaign, since then we started seeing more traffic, and followers and that way we promoted our services. After that we started having weekly meetings to talk about the progress and work done during that week and at the same time, letting them know about new offers and upcoming events so they could promote them at our site, Instagram and Facebook.
My experience during all the creation and execution process has been great, I feels really good having this amazing team doing all the marketing job for you and not having to stress out about it, they always keep me up date with their updates and I hope to keep working with them to continue achieving my business goals.

First month was confusing because I didn't know what I should be checking. Kept logging in, seeing numbers move, but not understanding what was happening. This resolved with communication.I still check my account every few days just to see sales, but overall, it's been way easier than I thought. If you're new like me then you may want to consider that the results are not going to be coming in from day one.

I started using WU after seeing all the hype about it. Signed up for a Walmart Plus store. They do what they say they will do. The orders are processed without me having to do anything and definitely got traffic moving.
However, customer support can be slow at times, especially when it comes to marketplace issues. When my Walmart account had some kind of issue with a product listing, I had to wait almost a week for a resolution. Would have been great to get updates instead of having to chase them down.
Sales are steady. I do see the potential, especially since I'm now expanding to Prime, but I wish they were more upfront about how long it takes to scale.
I signed up 2 months ago and only made $2800 in sales, not sure if i should be worried or not. I thought that it would be faster. I hope this improves with time. They said this is because i have a new seller account. Feeling a bit nervous but the service has been good, and i got my first deposit.
The reason I chose you guys is because I do not need to pre-buy products ahead of time. I heard a lot of horror stories about products not selling and store owners getting stuck with them. The upfront cost is the best I've seen. I thought there was a catch because it was so low but nope. Right now, I see this working out for a long time and I hope it stays that way. I own a local pizza business and wanted to get into the online word. Much different! In my business, I have 2 employees and I have to constantly manage inventory, staff, and operations. With my beauty store, Why Unified handles everything for me. I check my dashboard daily, and I see consistent sales. People always buy beauty products, just like they always come back for their favorite pizza. If you want a business that keeps customers coming back, just like a great restaurant, a beauty store is the way to go.

I am not sure if this review request is for the entire service or just buy box that i recently purchased. But I have zero input to share about buy box because I just went ahead and added it to the plan last night. The reason I am adding it is because after 3 months my sales slowed down in the last two weeks and it was suggested to me. As a whole, Why Unified is doing great but I am a bit concerned about the slow down and I hope that the buy box feature helps like they say it will.
Getting started is easier than I thought but one thing to be aware about if you plan on getting an Amazon store is that in order to increase sales they will ask you to add amazon ads to your plan a few months later. This was really unexpected and I wish that they would have told me that upfront. I dont want to complain about it because it did help my store a lot, its just that it was a bit unexpected.
Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
