Giving my recommendation for why unified for social media marketing. They helped us get new followers and also create social media posts. I am really happy with the way things turned out.
We have been with 3 different SEO/Web Optimization companies in the last 4 years and I can tell you that with absolute confidence that UNIFIED IS THE BEST. Our account rep is outstanding and we literally feel like he is one of our employees. These guys are the opposite of hands-off and the communication I get from their team is often and effective. Yes, we had to increase our initial budget with them by 4-5X within six months of signing a contract but it was because our initial test budgets did well. I can't say enough good about them and our future with them looks bright!
Don't really have much to say other than that we had a good results from their email marketing services which helped upsell customers. Anthony was nice and always there to guide us.

I signed up with their Dropship plan and I had high hopes that I would make some quick returns using their stores.
To be completely honest, it took longer than I expected.
When I signed up, they showed me the store and everything behind it, that was all fair and square and it looked great.
When my store launched, I saw sales trickle here and there, and it took about three weeks for things to start picking up. I was assured that it would even out in the end, and they did. I do want to apologize for being such a big baby through the entire process, but there are so many bad apples in the marketing space that I was really skeptical.
I can say that the concept with the dropship plan works well. If you're using a store that has VERY good niche products, has the facebook audience established, then there is really no way for it not to work. I only know this because I've learned through the way so I'm sharing what I know.
The team is good. My direct point of contact was always quick to respond, share updates and overall very smart. No bs, no hype, just straightforward talk even if most of the time I didn't like the answers, at least it was the truth.
I'm starting my second store with them now and I hope that it will turn out the same if not better than the first store.
As a hint of advice to everyone if you don't hire these guys, never give a large amount of money up front to any marketing agency. I spent $40K on a store with another agency that duped me. I only signed up with why unified after that experience because the risk of what I could loose was low and their concept was different.
We ventured off with WhyUnified to be Google Guaranteed and to be the top contributor for construction and we went through some issues in the start but things worked out really well and they made it happen for us even though we had to jump through a lot of hoops to also make it happen.
SEO is doing great for us since WHY UNIFIED took over. We spent more than six months with the last agency and found out through WHY UNIFIED that they were taking us for a ride and that not much work was done. WHY UNIFIED provided us with reports before they began the work and after so that we can see exactly what they did and the results started coming through just about two months later.

I hired Why Unified three months ago to help me market my small business. * my account manager, sent me the marketing plan the outlined what they planned to do to grow my business. The marketing plan stated that it would take two weeks to set up the system then we would launch the marketing campaign. Two weeks passed... three weeks passed... four weeks passed, and still NO launch...* avoided my phone calls and when I did eventually get him on the phone all he gave me was excuses and he was waiting on team to approve plan. After two months of excuses I decided to email a cancellation and refund request... they sent an email stating the cancellation process takes 2-5 business days... it has been 2 weeks and counting, and no response... * the managing director, will not return my emails, calls nor my $1300... JUST ANOTHER CRIMINAL COMPANY OUT HERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

My time with this company was absolutely fantastic. While there are things that could be better, the bottom line is that they helped me build up the business and reach my goal of selling the business. I searched for about a few months for a company that could help me accomplish this and me and the consultant that I spoke with vibes and spoke the same language. He understood my needs and helped me reach my goal.
The advertisements that they ran for my company were not just some basic ads but ads that really stood out from my competitors in a pretty saturated market. The team really understood how to find the right angle and make our products more superior. The marketing also did well and the end result was great. I invested about $20,000 in the ads over 4 months and we tripled sales and profit from when I was doing it myself.
The price point that is offered is very competitive and very hard to find. When I was talking to my consultant it was almost too good to be true.

I rarely leave reviews but this is well deserved. Since I've been with unified, my sales have really sky rocketed. They took the time to understand my business, customers, and created a very in-depth marketing strategy.
My store mostly had trouble with repeat purchases, and that was really the bread and butter of our business model. Customers loved our brand and products, but they weren't engaging with the email marketing that we had created. When we put unified's plan into place, it fixed everything.
Customers went from purchasing 1-2 products to 3-4 a month, and we finally broke being profitable.
I'm suprised that for the money that I paid that I got to work with my own point of contact which was pretty personable. Only exception to that would be the lack of phone support.

Jacob is one of the coolest marketers I've ever met and to the upper management that is reading this, he is a big reason why I gave this a full shot. One thing different this time around was that I used one of unified's store and not the junk store that I bought. My store from unified was very well designed, the products were really unique and they focused on solving problems overall which is what products and marketing should do in the first place. I guess this is where I went wrong before by selling products online by using pre-made stores that had products that were sold to thousands of other people. I hired Why Unified with ONE objective of growing my social media presence. After a great initial sales pitch making glowing promises (beware of this!), and after paying over $3K+ for their services, ZERO milestones were reached. In fact, after wasting 10 months of time, with promises of improvement throughout, I had LESS of a social presence than when the engagement started. When I asked for an explanation around the lack of performance, and what my $3K+ investment had yielded, the question was escalated to senior management - names of people who you'll see responding to these reviews. In spite of numerous email and phone follow-ups over MONTHS of time with senior management, not a single email or phone call was returned, offering any insight into the problem. They simply washed their hands of the problem. This is an absolute breach of contract.
If you have begun an engagement with them, at the first sign of trouble, I STRONGLY advise you walk away. They will charm you with promises of partnership and improvements, which they simply WILL NOT deliver on.

Been using them for my store for a while now and i would recommend them to everyone. They really took on my store from ground zero and helped build it out to where it is today with really good sales.

Signing up was easy. Asked me questions about my store, connected my store to their platform and that was it.
It took a few days for them to make the plan and I was thrilled with what I saw. They pretty much built out everything up front. They took the time to understand my store, target market and created and exceptional marketing journey. I did not expect this.
Working with them overall was good. The account manager was very communicative and took time to keep us in the loop at all times.
Dashboard that they provide is also great. We could login and see the status, notes, track optimizations and so much more.
We were spending $20/day to start on ads which we know wasent a lot. It took us about a month to get profitable which was I was happy about since I know it can be longer.

I am very happy with the experience and how they have taken my store and turned it around. The only regret that I have is not building my store in the first place and investing a lot of money into it because not much of it was used other than them Connecting with it. When I signed up it took them a few days to create a marketing plan which I did not know included everything that I needed to get going since I thought it would be projections or something of that sort. We then launch the campaign and ran the finals and I started getting traffic but the traffic wasn't converting, but about 2 to 3 weeks later I started seeing really good consistency with sales and a cost per purchase was about $. 86 which I think is excellent considering that when I was running the campaigns Myself it was about $3.52. For the price that they are funnels and it's cost I thought that it was very well worth it considering that everyone else charges thousands. My account manager is very personable knowledgeable and is always there to help me. Even though they do not offer phone supportI found that it was a necessary since he would get back to me in about an hour or two with any questions that I had. They're a great company and I look forward to sticking with them for a long time.
