“Scam”

I ordered some shirts from this company 3 weeks ago. No email letting me know the items were shipped nor any response back to my inquiry through email or their facebook page. I just had my charge disputed through my bank... horrible!

Placed an order during a sale. Their website states, "We usually print and ship each shirt within 24-72 hours of the end of a sale, but occasionally it can take a couple extra days if we are very busy. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for your shirt to get to you." I waited over 2 weeks and emailed them through the contact link attached to my order email. No response. Emailed a few days later. Nothing. Decided to search for reviews and immediately filed a dispute with Paypal after reading the reviews on here. They have no Facebook posts past December and oddly seem to have hidden comments. Very bummed because I really wanted that shirt!

I ordered a shirt on February 12th, I emailed them on February 26th and never heard back. I was excited because their mailing address was a local one but I have to wonder if that's accurate. All I know is all my attempts at contact have been ignored and after I placed my order they stopped sending me emails. On an interesting note, their website isn't currently working and hasn't been all day. I definitely do not recommend ordering through this site unless you like being charged and never receiving your item.

I placed an order on Dec. 9th, for Christmas. Received an email on Dec. 23rd saying they couldn't deliver the item in time for Christmas but would "make it up to their customers".

They have ignored attempts to reach them via Facebook, their site, email, and PayPal.

However, they HAVE sent me 33 emails requesting I order more during that time period.

Needless to say, I'll be much more cautious in the future.

I've placed an order around two months ago and been told the items were on their way to me. As yet I haven't received them and it's way after Christmas. I have sent two emails through requesting information and as yet have not received any response. It's definitely not Christmas so I wonder what could possibly be the problem. Clearly a company that is only concerned about the money and not the client. They definitely have the slackest client service I think I've ever encountered. Pity really.

I ordered two shirts the second week of February. I ordered from them one other time and received my order, but it took them a month. I thought maybe I would have it after a few weeks. I have not even heard from them this time, and it is 6 weeks later. I had to file a report with Paypal to see if they respond. I keep getting emails adverts from their website as well, so WTF Whovian Gear? I think they are also using the name TeeFancy. What a rip off.

Now they're calling themselves Jollygoodshirts. Any way we can bring a lawsuit or something against this group? I'm still waiting for my shirt I ordered last Nov... or my money back. Going through my bank now.

Had the same issues as the others. Placed an order in early December for Christmas presents. Got an email just before the holiday saying they're a little behind but since then, nothing at all. They take your money, then flood you with daily advertisements, but never deliver the stuff you pay for.

I had the same problem as everyone else reviewing here! I placed an order on November 29 for their black Friday special. I paid with my PayPal. I got an email from them on 12/23 saying they were behind but they would make it up to us. This was just a generalized email though - it was not one that was directly referencing my order. I tried contacting them over the next month with no response whatsoever. I emailed them several times and also tried to contact them through PayPal with no response. I opened a dispute through PayPal and then escalated it to a claim. I finally just got my money back yesterday. It has been a three month process and I never received any contact from the company and I never received my order even though they took my payment straightaway.

I placed an order on 12/14/2015. On 12/23, I received an email they were behind on orders but would be sending them out within the next 1-2 weeks. By late January, I still had not received my order. Thankfully I ordered via PayPal, so I filed a dispute after attempting to contact Whovian Gear twice (via Facebook and their email address on their site) and receiving no answer. I got my $50 back thanks to PayPal. I took myself off their email subscription list in late December, so have had no problems with spam. Do not order from Whovian Gear; it is a scam.

I ordered my shirt in time for Christmas. Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's, St. Patrick's, and Easter have all passed, as has my patience with this company. It was a really cool shirt and I would have loved to own it (well, I mean, I DO own it, since they took my money already), but all I have is a lighter wallet and a hearty distrust in my fellow man. Thanks, Whovian Gear.

Bought items, requested status in two weeks, no response. Followup a week later, no response. Waited 4 days, opened a dispute on paypal, another 3 days rolled by, escalated with paypal. You get the picture...

I too placed an order in December, the shirt was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. I received a letter saying they were overwhelmed with orders and had fallen behind. It was full of apologies but promised to ship as soon as they caught up, just not in time for the holidays. I have not heard another word, in spite of trying to contact many times, if you try to go to their website it is gone. I too am guessing Jolly good shirts is them, I am also interested in class action if it can be done, they got our money and didn't deliver and I would like something done.

Tip for consumers:
It doesn't exist, from what I can tell.

Whoviangear is another name for Teefancy.com; And Superwholockteea.com; and TimeLordShirts.com - they keep changing names. They'll take your order, and your money a sap, and you may get a shirt a few months later of indifferent quality. They will also lie on the customs declarations. They keep reinventing themselves under new names. All the sites use Shopify - but that doesn't help you get any service. You can try repeatedly to chase your order, but they ignore most of the emails. When I did get a reply it just linked to a Google search rather than a legitimate mail tracker. Avoid this business.

I see everyone has had the same problem I did. I ordered 2 shirts, payment was taken out by paypal. I ordered them on January 8th 2016, and have NEVER received the products. Don't both ordering anything from them. No emails or questions sent to them have ever been answered.

Alright, so, my mother and I ordered my father a shirt for Valentine's Day, right?
We placed our order near the first of January, and we still haven't received it.
Later on in the month, my mother emailed them twice about the shirt, and they didn't reply to either one. I started getting suspicious, so I decided to look them up, and yes, they are a scam.
This evening however, she received an email from JollyGoodShirts, https://www.jollygoodshirts.com/ which is an affiliate, and literally a duplicate of WhovianGear, so I'm sure that site is a scam as well.
My final words of advice; be cautious of the websites you want to order anything from. Background checks are essential.

I ordered 2 shirts February 11th this year and here it is March 28th, and I have heard NOTHING OF WHEN SHIPPMENT IS TO BE EXPECTED! I tried going to website again and I get cannot be reached, try again later message... Why? I am extremely upset and feel I have been victim of a scam, especially when I read the other reviews.
