Whole-watches.com is a complete scam. They do not even rate 1 star, but its the lowest rating I could give them. I am not ashamed to admit that me and my wife were scammed out of $606.00. The company was in contact with us for 2 months and once the money was sent we did not hear from them for 6 weeks, after constant harassment after the 4th week they shipped a us a "USED" seiko digital watch worth about $3.00 USD. Please do not be lured in as we were by the kind demeanor, they will do anything to get your money.

I ordered two watches. One came as advertised and the other was not correct at all. The watch on the web site did not exist and Tom the individual I was dealing with told me it was no longer made. Tom offered a 10 % discount on my next order but refused to consider an exchange or refund. Tom's email responses got increasingly silly and it was obvious to me he was playing games. I finally sent him a email expressing my displeasure and have heard nothing from them since. A lesson learned I guess.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BOUGHT 4 WATCHES FROM THEM ONE WAS JUST OK AND THE OTHER 3 WERE GARBAGE AND FALLING APART! It says on their website that they have a refund policy so I sent an email to them asking for the return address to get my money back and they would always beat around the bush and tell me they would give me 20% off my next order and they keep sending that with no return address. So much for that $180. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! LET MY EXPERIENCE BE A LESSON TO YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY!

As of yet im unsure how my transaction will end up but alarm bells have already started to ring! I placed my order on 26th June 09 because the site had the best pictures and looked professional. It is now 30th June and according to the site my item has the status of "delivery is arranging". I have emailed the site 3 times now asking when my item will be shipped and as yet have had no reply! After a bit of digging I found that the site is being paid for and maintained from china but is hosted on a UK server, I paid $80 for my watch and $20 for P&P so im not very happy. Anyone else dealt with this site please leave a comment RE your experience. Thanks.

I purchase a watch and it arrived fast to the uk, however it was not as the picture. The watch was similar, but the back of screen was white, not black as ordered, the side nobs were different to the picture, there was a burn mark on the metal front, and the stiching on the leather band was not straight making it look very wonky. Considering this should be a £20k watch if real, anyone would tell you are wearing a fake when you buy the watches on this site. Stay away, the best fake watches I have ever found are in the markets in Turkey.
This site is tempting but save your money unless you want to be dissapointed and don't mind getting a bad quality watch.

This is an unscrupulous merchant who engages in a bait-and-switch operation. Their website may have a big selection of watches but they fill their orders with a much smaller selection.

When I complained about receiving a watch different than the one I ordered, they were not interested in making an exchange. Instead, they would only offer a discount on the next purchase and suggested that I give the watch (I received) to a friend as a gift.

I should also mention that the quality of the watch I received is no where near the quality of the pictures on the website.

Learn from my mistake, do not believe the return/refund policy listed on their website. More importantly, do not order anything from them. These guys are in China, customers have no recourse. Actually, I won't be surprised that the same guys are behind some/all of the same companies peddling replica watches on the Internet.
