I ordered 4oz jars with tops. I was checking my bank account an noticed that I had a refund I called WPS and asked about the refund. The rep stated that there where no top in stock, ok, I asked why did you not send me a refund for the jars. She had the dumbest answer, well we sent you the jars. My reply "HOW IN THE HELL WOULD YOU SEND JARS WITH NO TOPS). WHATS THE PROBLEM OVER THERE.
OF COURSE she had no solution.
That place is a sad excuse for a buisness and let's not mention that is takes almost a month to receive your order. Will not order from them again. Much better buisness out there.

RIDICULOUS customer service, no documentation for perishable cosmetic ingredients, no lot numbers, no accountability, zero interest in customer satisfaction, just out to make a quick buck.

I am certified skincare formulator. I ordered 2 lbs Sandalwood Hydrosol back in November 2020. I specifically asked for the certificate of analysis (COA) since I will be using it in products sell to the public. It is now 3 months later, some 10+ hours put into back and forth with clueless/uncooperative WSP customer service, and STILL no documentation. The bottles have no lot # on them, and for the first month WSP customer service asked ME to tell them what lot # I got in order to be able to send me the COA. When I showed them that the bottles had no lot # or expiration date, they said they could 'track the lot to the shipping date" and send me the COA. My question to them was: HOW CAN I VERIFY THE COA CORRESPONDS to the product I got? I asked for a refund or replacement, they declined. I asked my bank for a refund and spent more time filing that complaint.

I have informed my formulation community to never buy from them.

Buyers beware

They will rip you off. They will send you the wrong product and will not take it back and refund you. You will get stuck with the wrong product and will not get a refund.

I have been ordering from WSP for years. They used to be my go-to for everything as the quality of the products is great and you can't beat the variety of various ingredients needed for making your products or the prices on containers. It used to be being a gold member meant something other than you've spendt thousands of dollars at this company, they would ship quickly and with only the 5.95 process fee, which was great. NOW... your order sits there for 1-2 weeks, then you get a tracking number that doesn't move for days, and they say "process times/lead times are 5-7 business days", which is not even close. If you want something, order it a month in advance. They have merged/purchased with about 5 other companies and now it's a nightmare, and two of the other companies I purchased from, they unfortunately acquired and is now the same slow (if they even REALLY have the item in stock) shipping. It has made me lose thousands of dollars in my business because they say they have something, but they don't, and they don't bother saying anything. I honestly wish I could stop giving all 3 of these businesses my money after what they have done, I simply do not trust them anymore. Sad.

They're shipping and handling is ridiculous. Almost all crafting/bulk sites charge a lot for shipping and base it around how much you buy, but compared to what I bought v. shipping, this site is the worst.
I bought 4 items that were about $2 each (sample colors, around. 1 oz each, some a bit more). So while my products were about $8, my shipping was $7.95 and then an extra $5 for handling making my grand total just about $21.
I've never had a site charge 'handling' and most sites when you order so little product, shipping is closer to $5. I've never had an order where shipping/handling was so much higher than the actual product. However, I think they negate this by having free shipping over $40.

EDIT: I can say now that they are SLOW. The website says processing is 1-3 from ordering. I ordered on a Saturday, so I figure it wouldn't go through until at least Monday. I emailed a woman on Thursday and I just got an email back and confirmation that it shipped out Friday. I understand large items or big orders might take longer, but I ordered 4 tiny colorants.

Overall this site is way too pricey and much slower than anywhere else I've used and I feel bad for buying from here. Unless there some magic item you can't find ANYWHERE else, just go someplace else.
