Overall, the dog tag looks great. Some seem to have a lack of sheen on them, almost like there is a film covering them and it was taken off incorrectly. But for what I paid, I think it's great. The rings were larger than I expected (too big for a small pet) but most pets already have a ring to attach a tag to.

We moved the date up for our project and Jackie did the best job to accommodate our needs. She even managed to get us what we needed in the middle of a snow storm. The dog tags look great and the service was amazing.

We are happy with our product (1200 dogtags) but when we opened some of the chains to put the dogtag on, they were broken. I've only opened 4 bags but I've already found 2 broken chains. The dogtags themselves are very nice quality and the printing is great!
