I received 2 pairs of glasses I cannot wear. They added a bifocal I did not order, and didn't add the tint I asked for. It took a month to get the pairs, and now I cannot get a response to my emails. They only respond to negative reviews.

I ordered 2 pairs from another site which came in 3 weeks, and were perfect.

They lost my glasses in the mail and wouldn't send me a new pair til after the Chinese new years holiday. They don't have enough staff and couldn't reach anyone so I had to wait over a month? Not ok. Then when I got fed up and wrote a review they refused to make it right or remake the order until I took the review off. Just a week later all my accounts online got hacked! I had 2 orders from walmart, my instagram, discord, paypal, plus more even email all hacked!
I had to destroy my bank card and file several false charges with my bank. Never ever doing buisness with anyone from china again. It was either them or it was Ursime another fake clothing site from china that sells fakes.

Good prices, incredibly slow shipping…. Really. It could take a month. They created my shipping label a week ago for my last order, it still has not been shipped.
Pretty glasses, good prices…. Order 4 weeks before you need. I get stuff from China faster.
