The product arrived in good shape. The biggest problem was the shipping process, From when I made the order and the time the goods were actually shipped by the vendor took more than a week, in which time I didn't have any information if my order was processing or not.

I'd like to say we all buy stuff that is faulty when we get it and that can be a problem, but when I recived faulty gear their support helped me diagnose the issue and diagnose a replacement when is could not be resolved and that is priceless when purchasing online great work and thanks again Whatgeek I'll definitly buy from you guys again.
