Easy to order good delivery timeframe. Easy to track

Didn't always work as expected but got good support from the team and the other things I ordered were just as expected!

Order arrived very quickly, was well packaged and was ready to use out the box.

They gave me so many lovely cards with discount codes, and also a lot of messages of thank you! Most fashion companies don't even do that! Not to mention, the option if the keyboard frame didn't go as planned

Bought as gift, recipient is over the moon. Long delivery time, but it does say this in the delivery policy so this met my expectations. High quality product and packaging.

I am sure my experience was anomaly; I certainly hope it was. The products I ordered never arrived. Package tracking shows that tracking number as "status is not known". I've not chased this; I've written it off as lost, with no outreach from the vendor. Every company has a bad day, a bad transaction, an oops that turns off a first-time customer. I hope this is an outlier, and most of their customers have a good experience, and get delightful products in a timely manner.

I was affraid about the process of shopping and even more affraid about the packaging and the sending process. It is almost always a bet about the carrier from korea or china when they say 6 to 12 labor days sometimes it means 8 months and a very long process to recover the money. But it was all the way around it, it was the best experience with a carrier (neddless no say I pay for the express), even though it took a few days in the Mexico's customs, the rest of the way was fast and the product came very well protected and nicely covered.
