It's a nice keyboard and it sounds great. I didn't look fully at the details to see that it's not got RGB lighting, but i still love it regardless.
I have emailed support (*******@whatgeek.com) twice now, 4 days ago and 8 days ago and no one has responded. Will someone please reach out to me to help me return my order? The keyboard doesn't work (broken LED and device drivers don't recognize device--cannot type with it).

Really love my Loffee keyboard and num pad. My order arrived fast and when I had a question regarding shipping, customer service was very quick to answer my concerns.
WhatGeek took a long time to respond to my emails and thus I had thought I had gotten scammed. Alas, I had not, but still.
They sent me a keyboard where some keys are not working. I reached out to them and they still haven't responded to me through email and Instagram. They have collars with influencers all the time, but can't even respond to a customer.
Good service, updated regularly about delivery. Small issue that pre loaded games are mostly Japanese or Chinese. No sweat because I loaded my own
