I ordered the Ajazz AC100 Keyboard in the brown colour (forgot the official colour name) and it is gorgeous! I was nervous ordering from this site because I've never heard of it before and I didn't know what to expect as this is the first mechanical keyboard I've ever tried… I absolutely love it! The hardware is well made, the casing is aluminium and heavy so it doesn't slide around on your desk. They key caps are beautiful and sound amazing when you type and typing in general is lovely. It has taken me a little while to adjust to touch typing on this keyboard but it was worth it. I also can upload gifs onto my keyboard which is so cool! 100% would recommend ordering on here for a prebuilt keyboard if you're a novice like me.
I asked to cancel an Item from my order. No one replied even after months. Never gonna shop at WhatGeek again. Going to give that site a review later too
Do yourselves a favor and avoid this site. Post-Sales Customer Service is terrible. Took 4 emails to get a response on product issue and now again still waiting for a response.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering from WhatGeek bc of the very mixed review but I had a good experience with them. I would highly recommend paying for shipping! I felt more comfortable because I was able to track my items. They also did arrive on time! Keep in mind they ship from China so it will obviously take a bit longer but it came in within the time frame they gave me. My items came well packaged and they were exactly as described as well. My items came with no issues and they perform well!

I was waiting for the LEOBOG HI75 keyboard with DIY cow keycaps that it had come with it. It's super high-quality and heavy duty. I love the weight and the way the keyboard sounds. Really good for a premade keyboard! Would buy from this supplier again!

Service was great, ability to follow delivery was good. When I received the the product after about 12 days, it was well wrapped. The only feedback I would have is that I thought my order could have been shipped sooner, took about 5 days from point of sale.
