I enjoy the keyboard and it definitely is a dream for me. I only had one minor issue with my A key sensitivity but that's something that can be fixed with key switch lube. I appreciate that it comes with many other switches just in case too, but overall nice keyboard.

I got a keyboard and mouse and mat combo for my boyfriend as an anniversary gift. Products are great. Placed my order a week before our anniversary but it didn't come in until three weeks later almost a month. Products come from China, so keep that in mind.
I bought these to put on my 60% keyboard, and there were enough key variations to fit (my right alt,fn,and ctrl key is the size of a normal character key) Super glad there was enough options to fit my layout. They feel nice and look awesome
Ok hardware, software needs support - product is well built, the software side of things requires a bit of intuition and playing around to make work with very little support or documentation (if relevant, it's lacking)
Mic works better than last mic i had (a razor im not sure on exact model) and was less expensive. Buying experience was great, price was great, and the product had no delivery issues and was packed nicely.
I decided to purchase this dock after purchasing a dud from Amazon. I have no complaints at all with this dock. This is my first egpu rig, I paired it with a Merc319 RX 7800 XT. It performs flawlessly.
I ordered the keyboard and didn't receive any notifications about the status of the order. I asked the support three times where my order is right now, but received no response. Eventually, I even politely requested to cancel the order. This is possible on other Chinese marketplaces and even other online stores that sell keyboards, but not here. In the end, the keyboard is great, but a simple reply from the support team would have been appreciated.
Would be nice to show the ammount of money to pay in the currancy of the country/region.

I have contacted this company over 8 times requesting a refund and they never replied to me. Even reached out on social media.
I purchased a keyboard through what geek, and everything was fine. Fairly quick delivery, nicely packed, worked right out of box. HOWEVER. After purchasing it i experienced a family emergency and suddenly the money I had dropped on this keyboard was putting me in an unnecessary bind, so I sent a request for a refund, only maybe 13 days had passed since it was delivered. Received no response. Waited a few more days and sent another return request, still no response. So now 30 days have passed and I'm outside of the return window and I'm very disappointed in how it was handled. Still have not heard from anyone.
It took a while for the products to ship, but once they had they arrived very quickly and I'm very happy with my items
