THIS SOFTWARE SHOULDNT EVEN EXIST ITS RUINING THE LIVES OF MANY, YOU CANT ZOOM IN TO THE TIMELINE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO USE THE TINY LITTLE ZOOM WHEEL AND YOU CANT EVEN CHANGE THE DURATION OF A TRANSITION BECAUSE IT IS SUCH A BAD SOFTWARE, WHY TORTURE PEOPLE WITH YOUR SOFTWARE WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER ALTERNATIVES, IM FORCED TO USE THIS FOR AN ASSIGNEMNT OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BLOCKED THE SITE BEFORE I EVEN GOT ONTO IT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE TO SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THE NEVER ENDING DOOM THIS THING PROVIDES.

I paid 100 dollars for a subscription, only to receive crap quality, and not even the full features. The software is so laggy that every time I try to play a clip, It says "processing" for 2 hours. Will never use again, wasted my money.

We have been paying our monthly fee regularly. The card on file needed to be switched. I went to switch it and they shut my account down and are now trying to force us to pay annually which is stupid expensive. This is unfair. We cannot get our content off their site unless we pay almost $500. This is a scam site.

The minute I signed up for a 7-day trial I was charged $59.88. The same day. I can find no way on the website to cancel or even contact customer service. I cancelled my credit card instead because I don't trust this site and fear they will continue to charge my card without permission. I am disputing the charges of course. I signed up for the 7-day trial on Sept. 19 and was charge $59.88 on Sept. 20. I not for the website's dishonesty I may have continued with their service.

Be careful! I bought a video editing package for granddaughter's school project in 2020, during Lockdown. I've just discovered that they have been taking money from my account every May for three years! Bank can reclaim this month's but not the previous two years. Watch out for this!

OMG! I've never seen any other pathetic video editing software other than WeVideo...Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! So slow...a newly pregnant woman would come to full-term by the time, the videos get processing after importing them. Aboslutely useless video editing app.

After my diligent payment for several months of their Paid Plan and many weeks spent on perfecting my videos, my business had to close temporarily due to COVID-19 lockdowns, as millions of other businesses were forced to do. WeVideo subsequently deleted ALL my videos and media because of my business inactivity, without warning, and now claims that there is no way to salvage my months of hard work! What a disgraceful way to treat customers during our planet's most challenging time in recent history.

I Tried making a project using this software soon after it got stuck on loading and lost all of my progress stay away from this horrible app and look for better alternatives

This site claims to be free, but you can barely make $#*! without paying. And unlike Pixlr, they dont give a free lifetime plan on education accounts, THEY ARE THAT GREEDY THAT THEY WOULD TAKE MONEY OUT THE POCKETS OF SCHOOLS! And you have limited publishing time per week, and its 5 MINUTES! YOU CANT MAKE YOUTUBE VIDEOS WITH THAT! And even if you pay, THE VIDEOS PHOTOS MUSIC AND TEMPLATES SUCK. This is disgraceful AT BEST. Dont use, please.

I worked on a video for HOURS on the free plan, then suddenly was told I couldn't upload it because it was too long. Also, you aren't allowed to get just one month of the paid version--you have to buy a full year, meaning it's 12 times as expensive as they tell you it is.

Im working on a school project right now and i spent hours on it but whenever i go to upload it says "OUT OF UPLOAD TIME! OOPS!" like there are so many editing softwares for free but it lies about being free then puts a pay wall in your face, this is a horrible website and the items they give you aren't even that good either way, MS paint had better tools than this, pricing is also pretty bad, 10 dollars a month? Not cool man.

Made an account just to try and save you. Spent hours editing a video for a school project only to find that for the free version, the maximum export time is 5 minutes, a fact they intentionally hide. Ended up having to get the cheapest plan, which was a monthly plan of $10. Annoying, but I had to do what I had to do. They then charged me an additional $5 just to export the video.
So $15 for an awful experience (as long as I´m able to cancel my monthly subscription). Do not use. Please.

The night before a project was due, this company decided to inform me I had used some of their "Elite Elements" and that I owed an additional 15 dollars in order to publish my video. They provided no indication of which elements I had used to make my video, so I had to pay or end up submitting my assignment late. Then, a month after I cancelled on wevideo, paypal tells me I just made an automatic payment to wevideo. This company is a scam.

The pricing is deceptive and when on a free trial, you are not being told how much the features you get to use in the free plan would cost in paid plans. When you thus upgrade, you can end up spending hours working on a video and then when you want to upgrade to get rid of their logo discover that half of the video is gone, because you'd have to upgrade to the most expensive Business plan to keep those features.

There is no warning that this might happen, no nothing that could help you avoid this and maybe decide to just keep the logo instead. It's really, really unacceptable how this is done.

I was also unhappy with how the customer support dealt with this issue and how they refused to issue a refund because I asked for a refund through PayPal. They claim they cannot issue it because of PayPal, which is ridiculous to say the very least. The matter is now still open, but my decision on whether to ever use this service again let alone recommend them is short and final - NO.
