I have used this website in past with good results to find apartment rentals in Los Angeles area. I subscribed to it again recently for 60$. But I was very disappointed. The listing quality was not worth the price. There were no pictures, no consistency in listings, no good listings. Tried to contact customer service and didn't get any response. I would not recommend it to anyone.
This site has extensive listings that do not appear in other places in some cases. I subscribed recently in an area that they did not cover and they quickly refunded my fee once I contacted them.
I would only use them in the Los Angeles area but if you aren't satisfied ask for a refund!
Its been very fortunate to have been helped with such a professional person such as Jen Antolin. She has been guiding me through the very trying process of finding a home. She stands head and shoulder from her peers. She has an incredible way of navigating through the ins and out of the real estate market. Whilst making me feel I was in great hands. Jen Antolin, is trustworthy respectful knowledgeable and incredibly down to earth. In addition to being very attentive, and responsive with all correspondences emails and texts. Jen, I feel so incredibly lucky to have met you. I highly recommend her to everyone, you will not be disappointed! She is a real estate "angel" among us.
I usually just put my rentals on craigslist because they show up immediately. I'm very disappointed that westside rentals did not put my ad up and I expect it is because they want me to pay for my ad.
