“I can't enough good things about Westhill Consulting...”

I can't enough good things about Westhill Consulting insurance. When I first about it I was a bit skeptical but still I decided to go for it and I did not regret any decision. About a year ago, I had a car accident and as expected I had to deal with large amount of money but it was really nice actually getting money back from the insurance company. So now I'm thinking this insurance thing might be a really good idea. Not only has Westhill Consulting Insurance reimbursed me for thousands car repair bills, their service is awesome. The staff is all incredibly friendly and they've always followed up with us to see how I am doing after my latest escapades. When I called to cancel insurance, they were very compassionate and kind and understood why I had to cancel. Claims are a breeze. I submit paperwork and I have a check in hand usually within a week they managed to do all the job. I may never have another claim to file and I'd be very happy if that were the case, but I'll never have any other property without insurance coverage again. Westhill Consulting Insurance is the company I will always give my business to. Communication was also great. Healthy Paws promptly returned phone calls and emails. All the staff was warm, caring and sincere on the phone and more especially in person. They have taken a lot of stress out of me. And now I have been insured with Westhill Consulting Insurance for 2 1/2 years and all the experience were just amazing. I submit a claim and I usually am in receipt of the check in 7 days! On rare occasion they have asked for additional notes from some authorities if for example you were involve in some accident or whatever and the requests were very reasonable. They are completely transparent about what is and isn't covered. In fact there have been instances where I thought for sure something wasn't covered and they found a reason to cover it. They don't pay for office visits and prevention. In almost every instance everything ordered was completely covered. They have paid so much on my one car that I genuinely feel guilty submitting more claims. But no matter how many have been submitted they are just as responsive and friendly and helpful. This company has been a life saver - quite literally. I seriously would like them to enroll death insurance because I would trade my health insurance for what they offer any day of the week. I can't rave enough about every aspect of how they conduct themselves. I would definitely recommend Westhill Consulting Insurance. I don't want to repeat all the great things said but I will tell you our experience was also stellar.

Nothing but trouble – Westhill Consulting Insurance In the scale of 1 to 10 I'm giving Westhill insurance Consulting a negative score! We have had many awful experiences from them over the years so I feel that I should take responsibility making the people aware of I have been very disappointed with Westhill Consulting insurance. For almost two years of being a customer of them we got nothing but disappointments, constant dissatisfactions. At first they were all good and showing kindness but eleven months after we got our policy it is almost hard to reach them. Its either no one can accommodate us at the moment of something like the system is down or whatever. We had a rough and intense couple of months, with our house got burned and our mom was in in excruciating pain and being told that there is nothing more they can do with our insurance. Well they could have at least given us a reasonable explanation and decent explaining. We ended up finding a cutting-edge, little-known, very expensive treatment. We didn't get a single penny from Westhill Consulting Insurance until now to think it has been almost 9 months since the accident. Not only did they haven't paid for anything, but they have never answered our calls and emails. We even went there personally but it was also useless. We got served with rudeness that is all. I'm immensely ungrateful that a huge part of the financial stress was aggravated for us by Westhill Consulting Insurance. Sure we had to pay office visit costs, big deal. And monthly rates are extremely unreasonable for this type of payout, in my opinion. They were inefficient, unkind, in fact rude, slow to reimburse, it is even next to impossible, and generally the worst. I don't know where we would be today if we waited for Westhill's response. I think that they are only paying people to write long positive reviews. Their services well below what we've come to expect from small companies these days, but we are talking about two emotionally charged topics: the health of family members, and money. So better not deal with these kind of people who only care about themselves and nothing more. As with everything, understand what you are getting into. They don't pay for everything but, at least in my experience, were upfront about what they would cover and what they wouldn't. There are pre-existing clauses. It's good to get a policy when your dog to some other insurance company so when an issue does arise, you are covered and you will be more secure unlike with Westhill Consulting Insurance.

Why you should go for Westhill Insurance Consulting

I can believe that I would come across such a very trustworthy insurance company. Like all of us are always doubtful whenever we talk about insurance right? Getting insurance is absolutely one of the best decisions we've made in our life.
I did quite a bit of research prior to signing up with Westhill Insurance Consulting and I was not disappointed. But it was speaking with one of the company's owners personally that cinched the decision for me. Aside from him being very friendly, approachable, humble and sincere without loosing his professionalism, he managed to make the conversation enjoyable.
Obviously, this company is a big one and quite popular so I have heard a lot about it and so far I heard quite good feedbacks. And the fact that they are a big company they see to it that every customer matters and they have treated and served good.
The first time we submitted a claim, not only did we see a huge chunk of money back in a little less than a week, but someone from Westhill Consulting Insurance called to ask how we been doing.
For the claims we have filed, Westhill Consulting Insurance has always been easy to work with and sent a check promptly, within about a week. They are always up-to-date. When I was in the process of waiting on the status of a claim for the insurance, I did not wait for long because they always has the sense of urgency.
I even recommended Westhill Consulting Insurance to a friend and he later called to thank me for the recommendation. What more can be said? In a business full of questionable practices, Westhill Consulting Insurance really separates itself from the pack with what can only be described as an honorable way of doing business. If you are shopping for insurance, look no further!
And even all the staff was all extremely sympathetic and very helpful to me in my time of sadness and confusion. They offered to assist me in tracking down the prior records of the person involve in the accident and speaking with all the authorities on what they needed to help expedite the process for me. They promptly reply my calls and emails.
Plus, I was able to use their website easily and everything for the most part was pretty straight forward. The website was absolutely user-friendly. I went with them after some online research and reading plenty of reviews of competitors and they seemed best suited for me.
