We ordered a standard size suit for my fiancé for our beach wedding. The cut and fit was terrible. Perhaps if you get a custom made suit it is better, but even the quality of the fabric was nothing special. I figured that I could always return it and just pay the cost of shipping, surely that wouldn't be too much. Wrong. They split my order into separate shipments which means I had to re-pay that shipping as two and then because they split the order they said I had to send it back that way or I wouldn't get credited for the merchandise. I ended up paying $60 in shipping charges. And the return I got was over a month after they received the returned suit and I had to email them several times to get refunded. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from them.

I was placing a customer order and had a few questions. Keven and Karen quickly followed up with personal calls to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Nice these days to be able to talk with a real person if required.

Edit (15JUL22): I was contacted by Wedding Tropics customer service very quickly after leaving the initial review below. They apologized for the error and said that they would fix the error and refund the difference. The order has not yet shipped, but I'll update this review with an additional star once I receive the order.

When trying to add the item to the cart for the XLZ/40 sized linen pants, the UI kept saying to select the waist size and wouldn't let me add it. I was forced to use the designer in order to get the item added to the cart. This made the item both more expensive and non-returnable. The other pants that I ordered of different sizes, but in the exact same color were added to the cart with no issue. I like the look and apparent quality of the items on this site, but I'm very unhappy about being essentially fleeced due to what I am sure is a website error.

Kevin and Elizabeth were extremely helpful in getting my order corrected. Kevin handled it with professionalism and was nothing but kind and cares about his customers. At first I was upset due to the fact my wedding is approaching quickly, and I was worried I would not have the things I needed. However after speaking with Kevin and Elizabeth they made us feel so much better and assured us no worries they had our back. Anytime you order online you take a risk because you really do not know how things are made and your crossing your fingers it all comes to you as you imagined. I will say they Wedding Tropics is #1 and you will not go wrong purchasing from them. They have A+ in customer service.

Had some challenges because of USPS and shipping which wasn't any fault of Wedding Tropics. Kevin reached out to me and was able to give me clear direction on what I needed to do to resolve this. There was a time concern so I had to reorder the shirt which Kevin made sure I got a 50% discount.

I send an online request to be contacted because I had questions, but nobody responded... I called during business hours and it went to voice mail. I left a message but nobody returned my call.

I have come to learn they were having website issues, and training issues with new staff. The manager reached out to me personally and took care of what I needed. Thank you Kevin. Now I can rest easy knowing my wedding attire is complete.
