The outfit for my friends wedding was Havana style and we all ordered from Wedding Tropics. I had an issue with my pants but was corrected immediately. The ordering was easy and the customer service was over the top. I'll be ordering from them again.
The person we called and spoke to was extremely helpful and even answered his phone on a Sunday afternoon. We thought we'd get a voicemail
Response but he answered and was friendly and helpful. The over all fit of the outfit we had custom tailored through your website wasn't great. The shirt fit fine but the pants don't fit well at all. Luckily the shirt is long enough to cover my pants. I don't have full coverage in the back and is riding pretty low. Not what was expected for custom

I ordered this for my husband to wear at our son's wedding. We ordered the large based on the size chart. He normally wear an XL and was concerned it would be too small. It fits perfectly!

The clothing looks great. With the exception of the vest that does not fit. I really like the clothing.
How do I go about exchanging the vest for a larger size?
I received a live phone call from customer service that ont of my items weren't available. I was given alternate options and we updated my order via live call. Henry was fantastic, friendly and overall lovely! Would order again! The items we ordered when delivered, are all of excellent quality and better than expected! Can't wait to see all my boys dressed up!

Hi Darla, you can wash linen but it is easy to mess it up if it is not done properly so we say dryclean only. If you would like to wash it, use lukewarm water and hang dry (we do not recommend putting into dryer). When still slightly damp, iron it to full dryness.
