I ordered a custom made shirt for a wedding in early April. Harry was very helpful and put a rush on my order to make sure we had the shirt on time. It's a beautiful shirt and the light pink stitching will look great next to my pink dress!
Ordered a shirt and pants for our wedding, my fiance loved them! Customer service was great as well. I didn't realize the shirts we bought were non refundable so they walked me through which shirts were similar so we could return the ones that didn't work and order the actual one for the wedding. Super happy we found them!
I ordered my shirt roughly a week before I had to fly out for a wedding, it arrived just in time for my flight. I was a little skeptical at first, but they came through for me. I chose standard shipping and entered the date I was flight out for the wedding. I did have a backup shirt, however my Wedding Tropics shirt, not only arrived in time, but looked great! I'd gladly purchase again from this company.
The vest I ordered, and had custom sized based on my measurements at home, fits perfectly and looks exactly how I expected. Wedding Tropics also did an amazing job expediting delivery so that my vest made it in time for my wedding. Can't say thank you enough for that.
Great experience, but the vest I purchased had a bunch of colors and there were only pictures for three of them. Need pictures for each color to know what I'm buying.
Bought linen pants for my mother to wear at my wedding. Arrived in a timely manner, very well made, fit well. Only issue is the button hole is sewn too small to get the button through, but we just cut the hole larger with a knife. Easy fix. Overall, very happy!
I suppose I should be happy just to have gotten garments I like with some response from Customer Service. And the Wedding Tropics items are excellent quality at good prices. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the answer to a simple question: What exact color is one of the items featured in a photo on the website? Wouldn't think this would require multiple conversations and emails, yet it did.
I am also still waiting for credit on two items that were returned roughly a month ago. You process my payments promptly, and the ordered items arrive in a timely fashion. Should be no different with credits for returned merchandise!
Since phone contact was non-existent, I emailed a product question not in the size chart. The reply simply said to refer to the size chart. Duh!
Phone support is existent you just have to call while we are in office. We don't have the ability to be at the phones 24/7. By email we provided full measurement point support documentation, if further questions were needed our phone support is open from 11am-3pm PST M - F. Thank you for the 2 star review

Processing the order took longer than expected and it took a while to get an order update from customer service. But eventually the items arrived in time and as described.
Ordering is very easy. The shirt is exactly as described on the website.
Once I picked out what I wanted the ordering process was painless. I had to return one item and Harry was extremely helpful. Would recommend Wedding Tropics!

UPDATE: I received the shirt back and upon inspection, I did not see damage anywhere. I noticed only the ziplock zipper was open, but the shirt was in perfect condition.

From what I know of the conversation, the customer asked for a fabric sample and was told we no longer provide fabric samples. If there was difficulty beyond that, I am not aware but I do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused just the same.
As for the refund, it all depends on what day we received the return, not the day it is shipped. We pay for the cheapest slowest shipping method for returns to keep costs in check. The refund is in process.
