Great doing business with webyshops.com. So great that i ordered more from them.Of course the prices were great, but it was the people on the phone who walked me through on which item was best for me. I will be doing business with them in the future and will tell others about webyshops.com for their hunting needs..

Because it was a Christmas present for my husband, I had the item mailed to my work address instead of my home address. Within an hour, I received a phone call from Webyshops, wanting to verify this & make sure someone else wasn't trying to use my address. I really appreciated it, and as i was talking to the rep, realized I"d entered the address wrong - he fixed it and I received the gift extremely quickly. Thank you!

I bought 3 mini 14 magazines and one was defective. I called and was directed to contact the manufacturer. I left the manufacturer a message and was informed that they would call back within 72 hours; they never did. I called webyshops.com customer service again and Derek honored the manufacturer's lifetime warranty by sending me a new magazine... no charge, no shipping, no returning the defective mag. A+ customer service in my book. They always have fast shipping too. My only gripe is that they don't carry everything I ever need; otherwise, they'd be my only online store.

My order was a prize i won on their facebook page and even with no money being spent their customer service and shiiping department, everyone i made contact with were friendly, cooperative. A world class company all the way and i will be placing orders with them.

I ordered a couple of rechargeable flashlights because the picture made it appear that the flashlight simply slipped into a wall charger. Not the case. The charger is cheap plastic and the battery must be removed from the light and placed in the charger. Totally defeated the purpose of my purchase. I have battery chargers. I wanted a light that was readily available and easily charged. Disappointed in the charger and the quality of the light beam. The flashlight is well constructed but lacks a good focal point. Ordering and delivery were acceptable. I'm just disappointed in the product.

Great site. Great prices. Great service! My most recent purchase was a rifle scope. They sent the wrong model in error. I contacted customer service and was issued a UPS pickup label. As soon as the tracking number was in the system, the correct scope was on the way. I will continue to do business with them.

I had excellent service from this company -- from one individual named Renee in particular. I had an opportunity to see a Snowy Owl for the first time, and I needed a spotting scope to be delivered pronto and to a different address from my own. She made sure that happened, and I did see the owl!

I ordered 2 items from this website, one was on back-order. They contacted me within a day or two to tell me that one item was out of stock and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Did I want to wait and receive both items at the same time, did I want the first item shipped now and the second item shipped when it came in (which was expected within 4 business days) or did I want to cancel the second item. Now that's great service! I choose to receive my order in 2 shipments and that's what I got, and within the described time frame.

The website itself wasn't great. I found it difficult to navigate. However, I wound up ordering over the phone, and the person who assisted me on the phone was fantastic. Not only did he explain to me the cheaper and faster options of how and where to purchase, but when we saw that there was only one item left in stock, he put me on hold to retrieve the item, to make certain he had it in his hands before completing the transaction. It shipped faster than expected, and arrived perfectly. The website itself could use some redesign, but the company is great.

I got a Leopold "Ultimate Slam" scope and had a great experiance! No problems at all! Great communication, fast shipping, good price, etc. I will definitly be back.

In reading some of the negative reviews (and being in business for over 30 years), I know that occasionally things do go wrong and it's my (the owner's) responsibility to make it right as fast as I can so the customer will be happy and hopefully come back. Even if they don't return, I need to fulfill my end of the bargain because they hired me to do it and 'Karma' is a b#@*h!

I have also learned this: Sometimes you will NEVER make some people happy regardless of what you do!

Being a Canadian I was skeptical about attempting to import a scope from the USA. But the good people at Weby Shops made the process very simple and straight forward. I would not hesitate for even a second to order anything from Weby Shops again in the future. The quality customer service and amazing prices are enough to ensure my repeat business.

I placed an online order with coupon and it was cancelled 5 days later. The company said they had not updated their inventory since January and would not honor the order because the price changed? Terrible customer service and they do not honor online prices!

I ordered two types of magazines. The order seem to have been promptly processed and I was immediately notified by email. After a period of time I was telephoned inquiring if I still wanted the magazines -- Yes, I do. Eventually I was notified by email that one kind of magazine was in and shortly after I received one set of magazines although the price for the first order was higher than initially advertised -- nevertheless I am grateful to have them; the other set of magazines still is on order. I was told that the price for the second set, when available, will be as advertised. That's good. Overall the site/telephone/email experience has been very good and the delays, given the present situation, probably inevitable..

The order was shipped promptly. However after less then a week the SureFire light on the M900v failed. When I contacted the company the rep said I would need to ship it back on my dime and would take "several" weeks to get the replacement. Huh? He also stated that I would have a better chance of getting the issue resolved through SureFire. Wow! It still took over a week to get it repaired through SureFire. Pretty bad customer service for a $700 product that failed in less then a week and manufactured by one of the leading companies in the industry.

We had a AR accessory backorder for 6 months or more. They e-mailed and asked if we still wanted the item when it came in and we said yes and finally got it. Thanks for not forgetting us on hard to find items these days & getting it shipped quickly once in stock. Still waiting for one more item to come in stock.
