Webyshops has a very good selection and, for many items, the best prices. I'm a hard-core best-price buyer, as many of my purchases are intended for charitable auctions and fundraisers. I look for well-known brands mostly wherever I shop, so price is usually the determining factor. I have had the opportunity to have several conversations with management at Webyshops, and am convinced that they value customer service, and are interested in doing the right thing, which is very important to me. Even after we had a disagreement, Webyshops worked hard to make sure I left as a satisified customer. I was honestly surprised at the level of service Weby offered me, because it is getting pretty scarce these days. Weby has earned my trust and my continued business. I'm a pretty tough customer, but I think that as a consumer who makes a lot of purchases, that it is my right to be firm and demand a high level of service. It is refreshing to see that there are still businesses left that agree. I've been recommending Webyshops to my business partners, friends, and readers of my blog. It is only one of two shops that I have done that with, because they are that good, and my partners/readers put a lot of trust in my recommendations. I wouldn't put my name on it unless I believed in them. Give them a try, and I expect you to be very pleased with their service, great prices and fast shipping.

The EOtech EXPS3-0 is selling like hotcakes... I stumbled upon Webyshops and it showed they had the item in stock, I even emailed the cs and confirmed... so I I ordered on the spot.

The next day I got a call and was told there was some sort of typo and the item was actually out, BUT I was promised they had two on order coming from the warehouse and will be shipped soon as they arrive, two days later I got email that the item has been shipped, they even threw in free laser bore sighter as bonus, over all the experience was pleasant and hassle free, price was competitive as well.

IO Chinese SKS type 5L rifle, 7.62x39 10 rd (SKSK0045)

I purchased this rifle shortly before Christmas. It was shipped and received timely. Upon receipt I found the trigger assembly unfunctionable. I took the assembly to an armor who told me I would be better off buying a new trigger assembly. This cost me $80 and retooling to have it fit properly in the weapon cost an additional $35. So a weapon that I thought I got at a bargain $299 ended up costing me closer to $450. The advertisement said nothing of the condition, and although it was coated in cosmolene I would have been satisfied if it worked mechanically upon arrival. In the future I would spend a few more dollars up front to deal with a gun dealer I have already dealt with verses an unknown like Weby.

Site design is good. Wide variety of products offered at very competitive pricing. Some delay experienced due to manufacturers backlogged on Trijicon ACOGs, but item was shipped as soon as was available and I was notified immediately of the expected delay. The ACOG arrived, and it works as it should, but one of the fastening clips was missing from the front of the hard case housing the scope. I called Webyshops customer service department and explained the situation. A representative promised me he would contact Trijicon and request a new box be shipped or at least a new clip be shipped to me. That was a couple of weeks ago and still I haven't been informed of anything. If the scope was for my personal use I would not be as put out about it, but it is for my nephew whose currently serving with the Army(Airborne, and now with Armor, for this tour) on his fourth tour in Afghanistan and previously in Iraq. And my aim is not to disappoint him upon his return. Hope this critique get to the right people back at Webyshops and they come through with the ACOG case fastening clip. Sincerely, Uncle Mike

This was my first, and last, purchase from Webyshops. Was searching for some Burris scope rings and these guys had a good price and claimed to have them in stock. So, after reading the online reviews I decided to take a chance. Part was supposed to ship the next day. After a few days, I checked the status and parts hadn't shipped yet. Couple days later, same status. So I shoot them an email asking what's up. I get a response that, "Due to bad weather we weren't able to ship. Part will ship this week." I'm mildly annoyed, but you can't control the weather.
So the part doesn't end up shipping that week and I contact them again the next week. "Sorry, we ran out of this part. It's due today and will ship out same day." OK, so they probably never really had the part in stock in the first place. Of course the part didn't ship that same day, or the next day, or the next day...
I decide to cancel the order (yeah, should've done this a lot sooner) so I call up the customer service number. Nobody answers it. Of course, no way to cancel via the website either. A few days later they finally respond to my email. They ignore the request to cancel, but finally ship the part a couple days later.
