In the beginning, the customer representatives were very cordial and efficient, until all payments were made. Right after all the money was received, things became drastically different. It was extremely hard to communicate with anyone by phone. They wanted to webhost my website and I thought that it might be a good idea, until I began to see a pattern with their payment charges. It went from affordable to expensive just for the webhosting. They even took payment without even notifying me in advance, before even receiving an invoice or explanation of the price increase. After complaining and writing couple of angry emails, they returned the money back your my account only once. In the general, there are still continued discrepancies with how they are billing me. They have totally ignored my efforts to reach-out to them to have these billing errors corrected.

My advice is to stay away from this company. They are far from professional and after they take your money they will leave you in the middle of nowhere. It's absolutely not worth it! I think it's a miracle that they are still in business?

I am built the website with Webstarttoday web builder. Get a best responsive templates and easy to use drag and drop such as images, slideshows, text, etc and place them wherever you want without any restrictions. There really is no limitations where you insert the elements.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of using RiaEnjolie Inc. for my new website. Their team were easy to work with and helped me make a terrific website in a short amount of time.

It was extremely hard to communicate with them. I would ask them to change or fix few things, and after long waiting they would fix only one or half of what I have asked, or fix something, but ruin another. It was a nightmare, trying to get them finish and fix everything, so I can have my website up and running. They even took the last, third payment without even notifying me in advance, before even finishing the job. After complaining and writing couple of angry emails, they returned the money back your my account. At the end, there were few things left to be finished, but they wouldn't finish them, even though I would ask them and remind them every day. I needed this website up and running as soon as possible, since I have uploaded my latest products there, and I was loosing sales every day, because of them delaying the process. They told me that they will have the website alive and will be fixing everything, what's left right after. So, I paid the last payment to them and things got from really bad to worse. There were multiple errors and issues with the website. I had to call and write emails multiple times until they responded and fixed very few of them. The rest of the issues were never fixed and they totally ignored my efforts to reach them.
My advice is to stay away from this company. They are far from professional and after they take your money they will leave you in the middle of nowhere. It's absolutely not worth it! I think it's a mmiracle that they are still in business?

I am gladly writing this note to express my satisfaction and appreciation with Ria Enjolie. The web(master) promised a time schedule and met that schedule every step of the way. In addition, (he) was always willing to explain matters to me and was very courteous. The web page built by Ria Enjolie is professional looking, well laid out, and extremely cost efficient.

The employees have all been outsourced somewhere in Asia. None of them speak very good English. Mostly broken English and their content written on the websites must be vigilantly proofread for errors in particular grammatical errors. Design was extremely outdated. Customer service extremely poor. Professional knowledge very bad. I had multiple issues with my website after I had paid them. Payment went to them only after I argued back and forth for an extended period of time and needed my website up and running. A very poor excuse for a website was then put up and running after my payment. Trying to get the mistakes and the errorsand the rest of the right website working properly was very very difficult after they got my money. The job was never completed and finally I just left them in frustration. Although there may be good reviews I would highly recommend anyone who is going to be involved in the creation of the website not to use this company.
