Best customer service experience I have had so far. I ordered the wrong lens by accident. They were able to do an exchange for me right away and even waived the shipping for me. I thought I was going to have to eat the cost of the lenses since it was my fault, but they were so helpful. I am going to be coming back to them when it is time for me to reorder.

Have been buying on web eye care for several years with 5 star results - before the first order i read the reviews and they were poor but having the best prices on the internet I took a chance and my wife and I have been buying ever since. There is a smalll handling fee but even with the fee the price plus shipping is always much less than the Big name companies. Correct orders - quick shipping and if you look you can always find a coupon on line
After much comparison shopping and rebate comparisons, webeyecare somehow always has the cheapest prices. Ive used them a few times for different brands qnd they are aleays equal or cheaper than any other i can find and shipping has been accurate so far
Easy to use website! Can upload your prescription our have even contact the doctor. Delivery time was extremely fast. No problems despite COVID. Prices are good. I shopped around before deciding. I would recommend them.
This is my third time to order from this company and I haven't been disappointed yet. Last time, my prescription changed after a second visit to my eye doctor. Webeyecare exchanged the lens with no problem. Good company with good customer service.

The site made it easy to enter my prescription without fear of mistakes. I entered my shipping and billing information and received my order within a week. The prescription shipped was correct and I am currently wearing the lenses. This was a simple and worry free process and I intend to order from Webeyecare in the future.
The price was right, but I still haven't received my contacts. When I talked to customer service they said the computers were updating or down and they could not check on my order. I have ordered from this company and was satisfied. Now, I have no contacts and out my money I paid--not knowing if or when I will get my order.

Very simple to order; faxed my new prescription and the order was shipped the next day. Had a "chat" with a representative online and she was very helpful. The final price was $5.00 per box less than the last place I ordered from (lens.com). Received my order when I expected it.

Great quality contact lenses for a good price. This is my second time ordering contact lenses from webeyecare and I'm a satisfied customer. Also had really fast shipping and I received my contacts within a week.
Sent defective contacts, order a second batch, then they lost the prescription, one fumble after another. They are quick to take your money, then argue with you that you did not provide prescription, when they are the ones that lost it. I have proof that they received the prescription, they are just too arrogant to admit it, yet their system does not allow to pay until they get the prescription... In few words, this is a lousy company with the worst costumer service I've seen in years
They are very fast, and the prices are very reasonable, however they did not wait to hear the confirmation of my contact lens prescription when they left a voice message with my eye doctor's office. I inadvertently ordered a + prescription instead of a - prescription so I received the wrong lenses and the optometrist had not yet called back to correct this oversight and provide the correct information. Webeyecare is based in PA and I am in CA so there is a time difference. I feel Webeyecare should have either contacted me that they had not received confirmation or should not have fulfilled my prescription until they did.
Re-Ordering my contacts was very easy, received my order in a timely fashion. No problems. I have trouble finding my prescription locally since it's such a strong prescription which often delays the delivery. But I received my order in a reasonable amount of time.

It was extremely easy to order. And when I made an error, there was no problem exchanging the contacts for the correct ones. It was done in a very timely manner. Person I spoke with was very polite, professional and understanding.

I called customer service and got a real person, and he was pleasant and helpful.
However, the reason I had to call is because the website is difficult to navigate at times. It also was asking me in one place for my prescription and in another place, it was stating that they had received my prescription.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
