I needed a web dev team that would be capable of accomplishing my web 2 and web 3 projects. So far am extremely satisfied with the work they've given me. Matthew and Alfie are super knowledgeable and have done nothing but try their best to give me exactly what I've asked for. I think it's important for anyone to consider before getting a custom order site to understand the product that you are getting and how it works. Making sure you have a strong vision that you can clearly articulate. Be patient with the people who are trying to help you. Anyone that you work with new will not know of you, your business, or product/ideas prior to meeting you. I recommend this company 100%

Don't use this company, I paid $999 for a website and the outcome was awful. I can assure you that 10 year old kid will do better. They just throw random Google images and called that a website(very absurd). Plus they don't want to give me a refund for the poor work. They will show you websites done by other companies as their work(this is a pure scam)

We have just started working with WebDistricts, and so far, the experience has been positive. They are very responsive and do quick revisions.
If you know what you want, they will execute it well.
Cons: Unfortunately, they don't have a dedicated in-house web designer, only web devs; therefore, submitted designs require a lot of work and a lot of back and forth.
Recommendation: They should take more time to work through the design, site map, and content before submitting it. Strive to be professional over fast.

We have lost $10,000 and 5 months of waiting plus they made me pay extra on images and content. This guys must be stopped at all cost. They have almost made us go bankrupt and their lack of understanding of anything is evident that they are not in the US and should be blocked from conducting any business with any US or Global company. Web Districts is nothing but a scam. We are trying now to recover codes from them and they just don't care so we wl definitely be taking them to court. 4 websites to be made, 5 months after not a single service delivered. Please use a company with a physical address dont use web district. All the positive post you see on Google have been done by them, they create their names and everything else and are not in the US. The address on their website as well is fake as we have sent some one there to verify. Please report this company if they have caused you any problems.

I was quoted a flat fee of $500 for my website and have not paid approximately $1200 because there is always hidden fees for one thing or another. They recently (on 5/17/22) tried to charge me another fee to make my website mobile responsive and for Search Engine submission despite the original email confirmed that it was included in my package. It took them since November 2021 up until yesterday (5/17/2021) to make my website go "live" yet, my website can't be search for and in order for people to see it I must provide them with the website link directly. I tried accessing my website by typing my URL on the browser and it indicates that my site can't be reached. They are a scam! Be careful and take your money somewhere else where they will be upfront and honest with you and will deliver what they promise.

My experience with web districts has been phenomenal so far. I have worked with other web design companies and they are by far the most trained and professional I have encountered. They are very in-built and apply an outstanding amount of care and creativity to each project. I look forward to future opportunities to partner with web districts to provide my clients with the best services.

DO NOT USE. The 5 star reviews on here are FAKE! Do not fall for it and use this company like we did. We started with their service in August 2021, and quickly realized that they overstated their UX/UI and site development capabilities. We immediately asked for a refund, which, to this day we have not received. We are filing a compliant with the better business bureau and want to make sure no one else falls for the fake reviews like we did.

I' ve applied to Web Districts for an assistance for my existing business, they provided me with an absolutely wonderful service, guiding through the entire process, making all the adjustments I needed. It's a challenging process for anyone who wants to commit herself/himself to a success in e-commerce, and this company will be definitely the one you need for your business web development and maintenance.

What can I say that I havn't said before, my son loved the shoes I bought for Christmas and immediately wanted more for his birthday at the beginning of January. The products are the best out there on the market, the company is a delight to deal with and the service is simply fantastic.

This company was called Web SEO Hub, and in March 2021 they changed to Web Districts. The address listed 3415 South Sepulveda Blvd is a cover, they're located in Pakistan.

They do their best to get your money upfront, please don't fall for this. Their inept, use outdated technology, slow, unresponsive, poor communication and misleading.

They also transferred my domain to a place call NameCheap without my authorization and will not transfer back without me paying them $395.

These are some of names they use: Ross Spencer Matthew Meloi, Liam Paul and Rodney Smith.

Web Districts may (emphasis on "may") have the ability to design a site for your small business, but I would recommend looking elsewhere. They assured me they could complete what I needed on the initial live chat for the price agreed upon. However, as time elapsed I realized their strategy was to pressure me to pay for as many services as possible whether I needed them or not. The $1,300 original fee would have been as high as $26,000 had I not pulled the plug. I still paid them nearly $10,000 with nothing to show for it after being connected to them for about 8 months. They will do a little work, just enough to convince you progress is being made. Then they'll try to sell you something, pulling you in further and further, and you will be reluctant to quit given what you have already invested. My state attorney general's office is communicating with them now as their satisfaction guaranteed provision is meaningless. They have refunded none of my money as of yet. (Two months past telling them I was done and had lost all faith in them.)

Team are truly exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and true experts in their field. We continue to enjoy unparalleled growth through all market conditions. Highly recommend if you are looking for results.

The previous reviews for this company must be paid and fake because my experience was terrible. For the record told them I would be leaving a bad review. Paid $1000 for an website. Took forever to get to see the website. Kept trying to up sell products. Asked for my money back and told me I waited too long. Project started in July. Asked for refund in August when project still wasn't done. Pretty sure this is a scam site from India and they actually have no idea how to create a website. Everyone on site using fictional names. Did create a decent logo which I was willing to compromise a portion of the refund for. Out of desperation/exhaustion asked them to please finish the project and give me instructions so I could finish myself (imagine paying for something you have to finish yourself). Sent me instructions that I still cannot open. Asked for a refund again and told project finished at my request so no refund even though their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please don't waste your money like I did. Pretty sure an elementary school kid with Minecraft skills could do better. Words are oversized on mobile platform. Unusable as a commerce site. Waste of money.

I started this process in December of 2021 and the website still is not complete. I live on the East Coast so our time zones are 4 hours apart. But there are plenty of overlapping times in which we could speak. However, the project manager that was assigned to me only seemed to make availability for me during the only window of time in which I could not speak, because I was picking my children up for school at this time. Even though I repeatedly told them this and offered other times in which I would be available, this continues to be an issue today. Dragging the process out into small microscopic level progress.

To make matters worse, every time I would provide feedback, the same issues would remain unaddressed in every future conversation. It took 3 months just to get minor things like changing a color addressed.

Finally we have reached what I thought was the end of the process ( 6 months later), with only one page left. But now I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back and have been forced to elevate this to a higher level of management. Now I am low on leads, as I expected, with an unfinished website. If you want your website done in a reasonable amount of time these are not the people to go to. It is now December 2022 and my website still is not working properly, none of the page links work.

They don't know what they are doing. I am a entrepreneur and running two start ups. I hired them because I don't have time to do the web sites even though I know how.
The told me they could do what i needed. Then after I paid - suddenly they cant and want more money but that isn't the worst of it.
They switched me from person to person because they just could not understand how to design my site with MY vision, MY graphics MY info. All they had to do was present the themes to choose from that would accommodate my request and then discuss what I want on it and have me submit it all and then place it. They would take hours talking with me and then do what they wanted to do anyway. Then we would have to go to square one yet again..., and again... and again.
Some code would have to be written of course, but it is a simple site! The other part was more complex, I am actually glad at this point that I did not pay them the extra money they wanted to do what they originally said they could. I am submitting a formal dispute today.

This company buys fake reviews. They promised free hosting if I wrote five reviews. They even scripted them for me.
This is probably the worst company I have ever done business with. I have never had to argue and plead for things to get done like I had to with Web Districts. I loathed having to contact them. I went through about five different project managers - one who left the company and tried to poach me because he knew they were not conducting business ethically. They give you one price up front but then later, when you have no choice, they state you need to pay more for various "necessary" additions. When I didn't want to spend anymore money my site was suddenly taken over by malware and could only be fixed by paying more money. They basically held my site hostage. Even after sharing a recent death in the family, they repeatedly texted to get an answer out of me in regards to spending more money. They don't care about their customers. They just want your money. I have separated from them and sent a cease and desist letter. Don't make the same mistake as me!

Desite Sooner Media Solutions working hard over the past 20+ years to help other small toidsize companies, it took collaboration between SMS and Web Districts to start turning sales around immediately. I am so pleased that Web Districts made themselves available and are dealing with ALL professional aspects of our business!

Legal Case in process!
Everybody at Webdistricts is fake. I paid them $4,899 for a website they refuse to deliver any content.
Website included 7 pages. I asked them to deliver One main page - they did not. Spent 100s of hours chasing the,. Everybody is fake -. I paid them $2,000 for Real Estate Data IDX connectivity which they told me they have their own connectivity. They did not deliver it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
I worked with Brian Anthony, Rodney Smith, Kevin James, Liam Paul, Josh, Dwight Hannessey, Kevin Reed - they all have fake names, fake titles, fake offices.
Company refuses to give Form 9 - it is not a legit company in US.

Web Districts made website development process a breeze for me. They kept me up to speed on where we were at along the way and gave me there professional advice when I needed it which I trusted and it paid off I love the designs and team members like Josh Muller...

Our website was very out to date and we had no knowledge of the SEO and optimization techniques to improve our website traffic. Even though our local business was running fine but we had issues with the web services.
