Really poor weather app. Generally not accurate and the app freezes up half the time you're using it
The site now sucks big time. It was my favorite weather check in site until recently. Now it is just plain stupid.
I love this site. I use it all the time to know what the weather is going to be for the day, or when traveling. It is very easy to use and navigate.
The site gets slower and slower because of the ad content. I just want to see the forecast, thats all.
SHOULD FORECAST COVERAGE OF ENTIRE UNITED STATES. YOU COVER THE EASTERN UNITED STATES OVER AND OVER AGAIN. MUCH TO MUCH. VERY LITTLE COVERAGE OF CENTRAL AND WESTERN U.S.
Terribly misleading the actual weather is nearly always the opposite of the Weather Channels predictions.
It doesn't switch between Today-5 days-10 days. It's slow and non reactive to the user's input, probably because loading ton of ads on background
I use weather.com daily. It seems like a really good site to keep track of what you can expect weather-wise.
Totally aggravating. Just look at the negative reviews, can't find anything positive. Worst website I have ever seen!
Highly disappointed with the service:

Greedy ad heavy waste of time! Waaaaaaaaaaay to long to load information needed for safety in regards to severe weather.
This site, a. K. a Weather Channel Desktop, has a UScellular ad that links to a survey that I didn't like!
Lousy slow and gets worse every day constantly waiting for ads to load, I guess they figure a way around adblocker.
Pretty much every time you access it. It's the bloody weather forcast not my bank account details. Get a grip!
"Weather Channel not responding due to slow running Script"!? As of about a month ago I get this ALL the time when I try to Refresh the page to update it. I have Windows 7 with IE11 as my browser and I typically have as many as 6 browser windows open at any given time and The Weather Channel site is the Only one that gives me FITS to the point that I have to at time close it and reopen it. What ever is running in the background on The Weather Channel site also seems to interfere with the other open browsers as well to the point that at times I have close it and restart it. The problem is getting Worse Not better! I have to run an Add blocker Just to get it to load in a reasonable amount of time which means that as of about 9 months ago I can No Longer watch any of the videos on the site unless I turn it off and even then it's an Absolute Nightmare just to get through two or three videos as they take FOREVER to load and move from one to the next! SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! To ALL of YOU at The Weather Channel in control of programing and the functional workings of this site I say 'Get Your Heads Out Of You Proverbial's' and fix it before you self destruct! You Are No Fun Anymore! I AM looking for other options.

The weather channel is so slow because IBM book the technology and now using Watson which is slowing the site down.
If the weather clips were half as good as their dramatic actors I would be 5 stars all the way.
