Must be illegal but lots of music and work great!
I use Yahoo mail and gmail and I find yahoo always locks up when you are in the middle of something like writing an email. I think I will try hotmail as my second email account.
Trying to get a refund from them is nearly impossible. they send you emails but the refund never comes.
I use several of these Intertnet speed sites and they always always agree including this one.
My new $1,000 laptop came with the FN key and card-reader not working. I am deaf so cannot use the phone for support. Emailed their "customer service" and got no reply. Filed a complaint with he BBB but Toshiba still refused to email me with some support. I filed a complaint with the Justice Dept. for violation of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). We'll see what happens. BAD BAD COMPANY AND POOR PRODUCTS.
I use weather.com daily. It seems like a really good site to keep track of what you can expect weather-wise.
I am using the free version so no tech support but have not needed it. Easy to use and does auto backups of your choosing in nice user interface. Highly recommended.
I have Firefox for many years now. It works great and has a ton of add-on apps. It could do a little better handling logins/passwords, but other than that it's great.
I have a new Toshiba laptop I bought on their Website. It cost nearly $1,000 has 17.3" LED screen, Core i7, all the bells and whistles. The PCIE card reader doesn't work, the FN key doesn't work and the back-up functions in Win 10 don't work. I cannot hear so I can't use phone Support. I emailed their "Cusomer Service" but no reply. So I filed a claim with the Better Businss Buearu and Toshiba's response was "Here is the link to our Support Website use this. We consider the matter closed." Their Website is useless, I've been there a million times. It is all user forums and they have diagnostic software to download that is dated 2012. It is a junk site.

They have the logo for the BBB on their sales page so that means they pay money to the BBB. Whose side do you think the BBB will take?? I will file claims with the FTC, econsumer.gov and serveral other agencies.

Since "upgrading" to Win 10 my FN key stopped working, my PCIE card reader doesn't work and the Windows back-up functions to my ext. hard drive don't work. Windows Support Desk had me download and install Win 10 again which took the better part of the day and it fixed nothing. But what can you do they're a monopoly!
Tried uninstall and reinstall FN key which stop working in Win. 10 on my Toshiba laptop. Used Softpedia to download the new FN key software. Installed fine but FN key still doesn't work. But my experience with Softpedia was good. Due to comments on SiteJabber reviews I ran my virus and malware scanner after downloading the software and found no problems.
I have McAfee LiveSafe which is their most expensive security software suite at a whopping $89.99. It has the following problems:

1. It just stops working but you don't know it until for some reason you want to open the program (to do a scan or something) and it is unresponsive. To get it working you have to reinstall it. I have had to do this several times.

2. It says it works with all popular browsers. It has an app called SafeKey that is said to securely manage your site user names and passwords and auto fill them in. It does not work with Firefox without changing some settings which Mozilla Firefox does not recommend. I did it anyway. SafeKey works on some sites and not on others. Firefox does a better job of login management.

3. As of tomorrow, Dec. 31, 2015 they are eliminating SafeKey for another app called TrueKey which does not work with Firefox at all according to info. on the Web. If you go to the Firefox Website and do a search for TrueKey, "there are no results found".

4. Their email Support always goes to a error page when you submit it.

5. Their Chat Support keeps disconnecting always so it is impossible to use.

6. They have "Virtual Technician" software that is supposed to find and fix problems when LiveSafe stops working. It scans and finds problems and says it corrects them but the program still doesn't work and has to be reinstalled.

7. When I ran a free copy of Malwarebytes from cnet and ran a scan, it found issues McAfee had missed.

8. They have a clear SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" logo on their page where you enter your credit card info. and make the purchase. I have requested a refund as I am DISSATISFIED but they have refused.

I have filed a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau of San Jose, CA to try and get my money back as I have 210 days left on my subscription and have removed all the McAfee software in favor of Windows Defender, Windows Firewall and a couple of free applications from cnet. I have Windows 10 and a new Toshiba Laptop with a Core i7 processor and 12 MB of ram. So I don't think the problems with LiveSafe are my computer.

What more can I say, stay away from McAfee. I got along find for years with a computer with Windows XP, Avast free antivirus and a few other free apps from cnet. I don't why in a weak moment I opted for this terrible McAfee/Intel junk!
