Ordered a watch that was too small of a face for my write. Emailed back for an exchange, they sent instructions.

Within a few days I had the watch that I ordered to replace it and the cost difference refunded.

Disappointed I bought a Longines watch as a gift for my wife. Less than a month into using it, the watch stopped working properly. I sent it back for repair, and after multiple attempts to get an update on the issue or a timeline, I received no clear answers. They initially promised a repair within 2 weeks. Two months later, the watch was finally returned — and unbelievably, it still wasn't working right out of the box. I called again, and they promised to replace the movement and send it back within a week. I made it very clear that I was flying out of the country and couldn't wait any longer. Today is the promised day — no watch, no call, no email. Total silence. Save your time, money, and frustration — don't risk it.

I purchased a Concord Watch as a gift for my wife for Valentines day the picture showed a decent sized watch however one i opened the box i was shocked how tiny it is i tried contacting the company without any success am returning it i will have to pay return postage

Since this watch only has a warranty from the Watch Warehouse i can imagine if you needed service you would not be able to get a respond beaware you are buying a watch with a worthless warranty

Watch Warehouse crushed the competition with a bargain on a new watch that's no longer in production at Longines. The price paid is still considerably better than previously owned examples on the big buy-and-sell sites. I also appreciate the 2nd day shipping, which arrived on time and far exceeds what seems to be a fading priority for most online vendors in any market lately.

The Longines V.H.P. Is an excellent watch. It did arrive in proper boxes, but did not include the manual and other paperwork I expected (this Longines box didn't have a place for it, so maybe they changed over time or for different markets?). Just a "quick start guide" (very small) and a Watch Warehouse warranty card. This was disappointing, but ultimately I just wanted a nice looking, ultra-accurate Swiss made watch I could enjoy wearing. For the price, I am more than pleased and have downloaded the manual as a PDF.

Returned the watch (on April10th AM) that shipped to me without diamond certificate but until now still have not heard about my refund process. Have been emailed twice. Please help.

The watch was delivered in short order, and was in perfect condition when received. I had a very good experience.

Hi, I recently bought a lamy pen from Watch Warehouse. Their service was great - Price (best in the market), ordering process (very simple), delivery of the product (quick, organized, on-time). That' a five star work!

Well packed, they track the shipment, legit product, intact. I have been a Montblanc client and collector for the past 10 years, from pens to watches to luggages and leather. Watchwsrehouse, provides the same white glove service. However, the prices were better a few years ago, today it is close to the store tag.

I bought an Omega Seamaster 300M, the first time buying with this company, and I did a lot of research to verify their legitimacy and didn't find anything major. The communication was great, as well as the delivery and receiving of the watch, brand new and with all the cards exempt for the IW from Omega.

They don't reply to Emails or answer their phones. They don't honor their warranty, the item I bought stopped working after two outings, sent the item back and never heard from them again. I would consider you foolish to do any business with this company if you value your hard-earned money.

Title says it all, really. I ordered an expensive timepiece from this website and not only did it NOT include the original certificate of authenticity, but it also was listed as brand new on the website when it appears to be a refurbished item.

Luckily, the serial number is verifiable on trusted.com, and so I believe it's authentic, however, some dirt under the crystal and an imperfect lume application tells me that this probably isn't a brand new watch and was poorly serviced at some point in its life prior to my purchase.

I'm mostly upset about the lack of honesty and transparency here as the cosmetics can be repaired (but at a cost).

So overall - not a super transparent seller - I'd take my business elsewhere if looking to make an expensive watch purchase unless they reach out to make this right.

I've already reached out to them with these issues and if they decide to make things right, rating will go right back up to 5 stars.
