When notified it had shipped, looked online with the tracking number and said was waiting for USPS pickup. 3 days later I called, person just said I see it shipped I can send you the tracking number. I asked him do they ever run them, he checked, and agreed that 3 days later it still showed it was waiting for USPS to pick it up. Finally on the 4th day, it showed that USPS had picked it up.
I had ordered it for a birthday present, and was told by person on phone, don't worry, if it's not received another can be shipped. Asked him what do I give the person waiting for the insurance claim and another shipment, and he just said something like don't worry, it's insured.
I guess it's easy to slap a label on it, and NOT follow-up or seem to care because it's insured!
It did make it the day of the mans birthday though, so a sad story ended with me finally not holding my breath if it would make it.
