Online shopping is easy and fast. The same I am expecting for the watch delivery with in time
I ordered a Cartier watch from watchmaxx and they box was dented and did not come with all the paperwork. The watch did not have the accurate brand new stickers when I received the watch. It looked as if this was a refurbished watch. I noticed the watch did not hold time properly. When I called for a refund I encountered aggressive attitude. I was fearful I would not receive my money back since I was getting the run around so I had to have my lawyer get involved and send a letter to ensure I received my refund. They could not tell me exactly when I would receive a refund. I felt leike i was getting the run around and they were very condensending and rude to me. I was very dissatisfied with my buying experience and would never buy from watchmaxx again.
Lots of policy explanations and guarantees. I like that stuff.

The entire process was amazing with exception to the delivery. I paid the extra money to have it next day a.m. delivery and it didn't show up until the next day. To make that happen I had to drive to the airport and pick it up myself. Not happy with that at all... WatchMaxx did the right thing and refunded my shipping money right away. WatchMaxx was awesome, FedEx totally dropped the ball...
