Canada is very close, to get 5 STARS I would expect Watchmaxx to look after import issues, like taxes.I understand that these would be charged back to customer. I do not know yet how the transport and delivery will be completed so final score after I get the product.

Your credit card accepting system is flawed. It took 5 attempts to get accepted, and your delivery was a day late from promised, and it missed Christmas.
