It is the watch I have been wanting for a very long time...however, I never would have thought a purchase of that magnitude would be packaged that way. After reading the reviews it seems that packaging is an ongoing complaint from many consumers. Why wont Watchmaxx correct this? It made me doubt the authenticity of the watch I purchase. Not a very good feeling after I waited so long to purchase the watch Ive wanted for a very long time. Its simple, its just packaging. Presentation means a lot!

Extremely disappointed with the Citizen ProMaster watch. Not the fault of WatchMaxx, but no watch should ever be this difficult to set. More than a dozen steps. Really? The important digital display is incredibly tiny and dim, making one of the critical steps in the set up frustrating beyond belief. More than a week later, that watch still doesn't display the correct time. Even my local Citizen dealer can't set it.
