Do not book with this company! We were unable to stay in the apartment we reserved because it was not clean and filled with a rancid, nauseating smell. We had to leave and book a nearby hotel after waiting an hour for cleaners.

The host has not been truthful with Warm Rental about the experience, saying we checked in and stayed. We have provided pictures and screenshots of our text exchange with the host and they are refusing to refund our money.

Please save yourself from this disappointment and frustration. Avoid this company at all costs!

Top notch apartment, clean and very well located. The communication with the host is quick and clear. For me, it was a 5 star service. I am definitely booking again another holiday in Portugal through this company as it met my expectations and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Top notch hospitality from our hosts. The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and all main attractions, as described. Very cozy and clean with everything needed to enjoy a short stay. It was fabulous that our pets had space and such a large outdoor terrace to enjoy. Thanks for everything and look forward to returning.

Highly recommend! Everything was great and as shown on their website. Great communication with the team and at check-in, the host was friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue during the stay but it was quickly resolved when we contacted them. Will return in the future!

I always prefer not to buy houses but rent them. In my opinion, it's much cheaper and moreover I don't have a huge sum of money in order to buy a house for cash. I don't want to take out mortgage because it seems to me that it's kinda difficult to get out of this debt pit. So, I applied to this company all the time I need new accommodation. I have to drive around the country because my work implies it. I rent apartments, houses and stay there for couple of months. This company always helps me in this sphere. I guess I would definitely live on the street if I once haven't faced this service.

Avoid this company at all costs. We checked in to find BLACK MOLD on the ceiling of our bedroom. We had breathing issues right away along with allergic reactions. We had to rebook elsewhere the next day at twice the cost for the month and the company is still withholding funds. We have since taken the claim to PayPal.

Amazing place and good access... The communication with the company was great since the beginning. The host was very kind so I recommend 100%. I will be back for sure...

I honestly face such a good rental company for the first time. I believe that people must have to pay attention to this rental company as it offers pretty good conditions for living. I faced this company because there was a time when I needed an apartment. This company agreed to help me in my tough situation, hence nowadays I have good apartments for living. I guess that if you have such a situation you can easily apply to this company, because the conditions which it offers are brilliant. I would definetely apply here once again in case I will need it.

Bad customer service... We had a booking for one of their properties a villa for four people in August and paid 20% of the final value. When we arrived at the site the property had been double booked by the owner and wasn't available. We were left stranded in high season in a popular place after travelling for 600 km without a place to stay. Warmrental tried to place the blame on us and didn't want to make the refund. They eventually did but against their wish.

Excelente alojamento, tanto para lazer como para estadia durante trabalho. Espaço amplo e confortável. Comunicar com a anfitriã foi extremamente fácil - sempre disponível para qualquer assunto. Estou muito satisfeito com o serviço prestado, desde o processo de reserva até à estadia em si, tudo 5 estrelas. Recomendo e voltarei a usar.

Um local maravilhoso para umas férias ou até uns dias longe da confusão. Excelentes condições, calmo e uma piscina maravilhosa ao som da natureza. Ótima localização, a uns metros da lagoa de albufeira e da praia. Tudo superado apenas pela simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião. Fica um obrigado e um até já. Boas energias.

El apartamento es muy bonito, el precio calidad es genial, fuimos 6 amigas y la casa es muy amplia, limpia y cómoda. Cerca del transporte público para llegar al centro y cerca hay cafeterías muy buenas para desayunar. Deseando volver.

WARMRENTAL ne s'est pas préoccupé de notre arrivée! Nous avons dû rechercher un hôtel à 22h du soir, pour 8 personnes, dans une ville qu'on ne connait pas. Le lendemain, les clés ont réapparu par magie et WARMRENTAL n'a pas daigné nous rembourser cette nuit passée à l'hôtel. Le voisin de cet appartement, nous a dit que ce n'était pas la première fois que la clé n'était pas dans le boitier et qu'ils laissaient les voyageurs se débrouiller.
