Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality Mattress and Terrible Customer Service**
I had high hopes when I purchased a mattress from wakefit, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the mattress I received was of shockingly poor quality. The material felt subpar, the support was non-existent, and it didn't even resemble the product that was promised to me online.
Initially, I thought maybe I just received a defective unit, so I reached out to wakefit customer service for assistance. To my dismay, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but the responses I received were dismissive and unhelpful. After explaining my concerns, I was given the runaround, with no clear solution or offer of replacement or refund.
It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a product that is advertised as being of high quality, only to receive something that is not even close to what was promised. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has been disappointing. A reputable company should stand by its products and work to resolve issues, but in this case, wakefit has done nothing to rectify the situation.
To anyone considering purchasing from wakefit, I urge you to think twice. It's been a nightmare dealing with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress or reliable customer support.

I've had one of the worst customer support experiences with Wakefit.
Ordered a solid wood bed (Nov 15,2024): Delivered with the wrong-sized footboard and polishing issues. Despite raising tickets on the delivery day, it took 9 days of follow-ups to fix polishing. The footboard replacement, promised in 14-16 working days, has been delayed repeatedly. After daily follow-ups, I was informed on Dec 17 that the part was either lost or never manufactured. Instead, a full product replacement was unilaterally initiated, pushing the new delivery date to Jan 3,2025 (41 days after the original delivery). Meanwhile, the bed is unusable, and I'm incurring costs renting another one.
Ordered a bedside table (Nov 15,2024): Delivery was delayed from Dec 21 to Jan 24,2025, without a courtesy call—just a bot message. I canceled the order.
Wakefit's customer support has been unreliable, unresponsive, and dismissive. They fail to communicate clearly, resolve issues, or respect customer time.
Advice to Wakefit: Stop taking customers for granted, take ownership of failures, and improve your processes.
Would not recommend Wakefit if you value post-purchase support.

Booked 2 wakefit cots from pepperfry and got it delivered on 7th sep. One cot is damaged another one is still not installed. I have been speaking to customer service everyday since then. No action taken. The customer service person talks as a written script. Every day they say that they don't have information and we have to wait for 72 hours. Both cot parts are left in both bedrooms and unable to use the bedrooms and have to sleep on the floor in the hall...Don't know how to deal with this issue! I may have to raise a consumer complaint to come out of this issue. Worst company with worst process! Think before buying wakefit product, as no one will be bothered once you book n pay the money.

All the people are fraudsters...every level...they do not have any information when asked...they're running a business with celebrity face to loot customers in the name of items...the pune local delivery partner is mafia...they do not give you delivery or any information...continuously harassing...the helpdek people are clueless...meaningless...helpless...no escalation matrix...totally fraud company...and all the reviews in their wensite are fraud.
Tip for consumers:
This is a very big Fraud company with teained frontline helpdesk frausters. They have setup automated calling and everything that may seems real to you but when you buy the product, you will regret every moment of buying the item.

Bought a recliner a year back. Having issues with it. I have contacted customer care & it's been over a month & they have not addressed the issue. Only emails & messages stating it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Looks like they are not interested in customer satisfaction & after-sales service. Would think twice next time before buying a product.

We are completely satisfied by the mattresses and pillow that we have been using for 3 months now. After using those, I was so satisfied that I ordered for my parents as well. They love it! WakeFit is leaving no stones unturn to keep its customers happy and satisfied unlike companies like Pepperfry, who are doing all ads gimmick but have worst customer services! I am very impressed by the fact that Wakefit is much more than the propaganda! I have never seen wakefit doing much of ads, just heard so much positive from their customers! Stay same and blessed!

Bad service. Delay in delivery. Part missing. Delay in installation. Bad support. I waited 10 days and because of their fault asking me wait for another 10-15 days. No replacement, no refund, no support, no quick resolution. Simple waste of your money, time and energy. Useless support agents.

1st June 2022 order has been placed through Pepperfry. Order originally gave estimated date of mid June 2022. However, find that Wakefit claims order given for manufacture for cot and mattress only in mid june and mattresses would take till 29th July and Cot no date. No interim indication given of delay. The complete move to new place based on the same is halted. Wakefit is least bothered and Pepperfry and wakefit have no relationship to make it happen. Would suggest strongly with no one ordering Wakefit products. Have placed another cot order not through these 2 channels and have got cot delivered with storage in 4 days with excellent finish.

I bought this mattress from Wakefit official website and I got just next day as I ordered before 4pm. This is the same product I eagerly wanted for my bed. I have back pain due to my working lifestyle and this I was very uncomfortable in sleeping in crappy mattress. After a long research I got to know about wakefit and after then I ordered orthopaedic mattress from wakefit.co. Similar product in Sleepwell and Kurlon is available at 2 times the price. The sleep is very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the products, its quick delivery and regular follow-ups. Will be sure recommends to other customers too.

My aged parents are suffering because of Wakefit and Flipkart. The worst experience ever. They first cancel the order after the delivery date (>7 days). Then they ask you to reorder only to cancel again. The resolution this time is to order again, I order again the 3rd time and they cancel again. All this while the product is still in stock to purchase. Wasting 2 weeks waiting. They don't keep their promises. The seller Wakefit is a cheater, still selling products on Flipkart and Amazon and product is in stock even now. Even fk service can't promise me if they will deliver it this time.

Wakefit Solutions We kindly ask everyone to avoid being duped by Wakefit items, which are of poor quality. I purchased a sofa set from Amazon last week, and it was made plain that I could return it by October 9th if I wasn't satisfied. Additionally, the delivery team had confirmation from Wakefit that I may return the item if I didn't like it or found it uncomfortable.
Currently, when I'm not comfortable and want to return the sofa, they claim that they do not have a policy allowing for such returns. The customer care representatives were so rude that they simply refused to even hear my question and closed my ticket.

Ordered an item at my pincode which wakefit mentioned serviceable. Then, they put it on hold after 7 days saying it's not serviceable. Talked to customer service and they mentioned they will escalate, get back in 24 hours and get it delivered by 8th Apr. Still item on hold.
Called on 8th Apr(5 days after the previous call). They are saying the same scripted answer that we will get back in 24-48 hours. Pathetic wakefit service

They said your ORDER CANCEL but without our permission
Neither Amazon nor wakefit is helping
We purchased at 814 ₹ emi for 24 months at no cost Emi
But now if l order againwe have to pay
879₹ for 24 months i.e with 15% interest. Adifference of 2966₹
So we are at a loss of ₹ 2966 + 2755 =₹ 5721 without any fault
So please inform n me who is responsible for this and that who will pay this loss

I used (Not now) to like the make of wakefit products a couple of years back and their service. Their products & service have gone to dogs. You won't find a review page to give feedback coz they are afraid of feedbacks and probability of a situation to help customer the value for the money they ate from customer.
I bought an office Chair, which costed me close to 8k after their illogical discount from 14k, is not designed well. The head rest was causing me pain at my neck the designer had no brains. The cusion is sticking out at least 2" disallowing you to rest your head back comfortably and forces you to keep your neck bent. Hours of sitting on that impossible. The arm rests are so wide you start getting shoulder pain.
The worst is the kind of conversation I have had with the so called customer support who cannot think outside the box to be considerate to customers. I gave them option for replacement at extra charge basis for a different chair. They would not give in a bit. I spoke to 4 different people and they all are same who go by the policies. I have to dump this chair waste of 8k. Dismantling the headrest will leave screw holes open looking ugly. Same with armrest.
Do Not buy wakefit products if you want to really wake fit

I was totally disappointed form my first purchase from Wakefit and it's not even about the quality, it's the very fundamentals of customer service that's missing from Wakefit's business model. There are 2 main issues that I faced:
1. Fake Offers: I was supposed to get 10% additional discount on my IDFC First Bank Credit card as marketed on Wakefit website and as per the order page this discount should apply on Bank OTP page. I did not get that and I have been following up with support and all they reply with is give us 48 more hours. It's been 10 days now, no movement so I was lied to. (check the screenshots)
2. Misleading/Unclear Instructions: I ordered a queen size bed followed by a queen size mattress. Now I am a first time buyer of bed/mattress online so I selected queen size bed and naturally assumed it would be the same size (there was no pop up on website recommending checking the size). I received the bed and the mattress and then realized, it's 6 inchs small, I immediately called and created requests for replacement with correct size. I soike to 7-8 customer service reps on this and all I ever heard was "as per our policy, once delivered we can't replace/cancel the order" though I hadn't even used the mattress yet. Who has such policies? It's just insane.
Anyway I tried to follow-up and get these issues resolved but to no avail and realised I am just wasting my time, so I have to live with these mistake. The mistake of buying from Wakefit. I feel cheated, it feels like Wakefit had a one night stand with me and disappeared the next morning! Well maybe disappeared for good, so yes the first and the last buy from Wakefit! Thank you!
