Ordered an item at my pincode which wakefit mentioned serviceable. Then, they put it on hold after 7 days saying it's not serviceable. Talked to customer service and they mentioned they will escalate, get back in 24 hours and get it delivered by 8th Apr. Still item on hold.
Called on 8th Apr(5 days after the previous call). They are saying the same scripted answer that we will get back in 24-48 hours. Pathetic wakefit service
