I would rate this company negative stars if I could. I actually purchased from them twice. First time I was happy with everything. I love shapewear so decided to purchase from them again because they sent me an email about a bogo. I made the second purchase specifically for shapewear to wear on my wedding. I chose to pay extra for priority shipping and they didnt get the product to me on time. In addition whenever I communicated with customer service they kept lying to by saying you will have a tracking number by this Friday. I told the company cancel the order dont ship me anything and they told me they dont do refunds or cancellations EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER HADNT BEEN PACKAGED OR SHIPPED! Also the product was on BACKORDER! But they cant cancel the order? At this point Im reporting this company to my credit card provider and the BBB. Just as an fyi you can get the same products off Amazon.

I cannot recommend doing business with this company. I purchased one shaper and was offered the second one free. My purchase was just shy of $90 and they took the money immediately. This was over five weeks ago. I have sent emails and used their online chat but keep getting told that they will ship it the following week. I finally gave up and asked for my order to be cancelled and funds returned. They have blatantly refused stating that there are not refunds on sales. Well, I told them, the sale is not complete as I still don't have a product. They just keep sending me the same script. I now have to work with my bank to reverse the transaction. This has been a terrible experience.

I spent $174 on this site. I bought two items together. The first one came in a week, I followed their size chart and they sent me the wrong size. They told me they do not do returns. So I messaged them through Facebook Messenger and told them I am a upset customer and would like a refund and my second body suit never came in. They kept telling me next week it will come... its been three weeks. I just message them now and ask for a tracking number to my second suit and they told me it is scheduled to come in next week... I told them you said that last week too, they replied and said that NY is experiencing a snow storm. I pulled up the weather forecast in NY and I screen shot it and sent it to them and said, NY seems pretty clear... partly cloudy and their response was, the storm was yesterday... I ask them to send me a tracking number for my second suit and they just stop responding back to me. So please please please do not waste your money. Unfollow them on any social media because they just scam you for your money.

Purchased a nude waist trainer on black Friday. When I first bought my waist trainer, I did not receive any emails of the product being shipped until I gave them a call. This was about 14 days later. I called but they had me on hold for at least 40 min. So instead, I used their chat and they luckily responded. After I complained, customer service finally gave me an update and stated that my waist trainer was getting shipped. About a week later I finally received my package. To be honest, I've never used a waist trainer so I thought it was okay. Only thing was that it had a chemical/rubbery smell to it.

It's been about 2.5 months since I've purchased this item. As I put it on, the top and bottom of the waist trainer wrinkle more than they should. It did not do this the first month. I also noticed that the steal rods aren't placed where they should be. Compared to other waist trainers, these steal rods are randomly placed around the waist trainer in a way that does not make sense. Don't let the "40% off your order" fool you. Save your money. I disliked this item so much that I took the time to write a review about it! I regret not reading other reviews based on this item and that's exactly what I will be doing for the next waist trainer that I purchase.

First of all, after 10 days of not receiving an email of the product being shipped and not receiving a tracking number, I emailed them to see where my product was. They sent an automated response stating it takes 7-10 business days for the product to ship out. I finally receive the product 20 days after placing my order, and the product is horribly made, very cheap material and sizing is off. I chatted with non-helpful person regarding returning this product (which they DO NOT accept returns). Then I called and spoke to a very rude woman letting her know I was not satisfied at all with the product and she stated there was nothing I can do, cause there is a no-return policy. I sure wish they would advertise that BOLDLY on their main page!
Buyer beware of this company!

Purchased an item on black Friday. Sent an email 5 -7 business days. 3 weeks went by I emailed with no Response. Sent a fb message and was told sorry for delay, 10 business days. Which would now be after Christmas. Waited, still nothing. Emakled again, about 4 dofferent times with ni Response. Finally a lady named Vivian asked me on January 14th if ID like another product. I chose and emailed her back. 2 days passed, I sent her another email making sure she got my message. No response. 5 days later I emailed the support email again telling them i got no response From Vivian. We are now on January 23, and still no Response from the support email address or Vivian. So I filed a claim through BBB and contacted my bank claim for fraud. They are shady, liars and only want to abide by policy when you ask for your money back. NEVER Never order from them! Check BBB and Google waistshaperz complaints and you'll find out fast enough.

You will need their help when you are filing a claim against this fraudulent company. I paid for rush shipping and it's very clear now that my body slimmer is not going to arrive on time. I need them to cancel the order because I expected it to arrive by a certain date, and they offered no solution - instead they stated that there were no returns and it could be weeks before the purchase arrives. NEVER buy from these types of companies without Paypal. I am in a claim now.

I ordered my product on the 24th of November and have been expecting a tracking code for 3 weeks now. I contacted Waistshaperz & they advised me that it will be 7-10 business days to process and an additional 7-10 business days to ship out. This means I will not receive my order until Christmas. It shouldn't take a month to receive my order from the states. They need to advertise these things because had I known I wouldn't have wasted my money. Stay away from this site.

I bought the camila tummy body shaper in black. I received it in the mail about 4 days later. I have bought other types of body shaper type garments before so I know you have to really wrestle to get into them. I can honestly say that after two wearings, I really like it. It is firm control enough that I know its doing its job but not uncomfortable that I cant wear it all day at work. I like that it doubles as a waist trainer because I have been working on my waist lately. I will definitely get another one from this site. I

I had one waist shaper not even a month and the wires were coming out. The leather starts ripping shortly after the whole thing just fell apart. After contacting costumer support for four months through email I finally called. They promised to send me a new one multiple time through email and I never received a new one finally over the phone they send me a new one and once again it broke almost immediately. DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
