I purchased the Batman 9 boned latex shaper size M on 10/3/207 it arrived pretty quickly on 10/7/2017. It fits okay it bunches up in the back and when sitting down it rolls up also there isn't 9 steel bones, more like 6 and it feels like a bendable plastic and does not feel like latex just cotton. The company only offers exchange so I will not exchange to get another misrepresentation of what i already have. The good thing is I got two discounts so instead of paying $99.95 i paid $49.98+ shipping $7.98 for a total of $57.96.

What you need to know.
You have 14 days to cancel from purchase date. Email them.
Phone you bank immediately. Under trading law the bank can stop it and refund you.
Get a delivery date on purchase.
Note after 15 days lapse in delivery refuse the delivery and order money back though the bank.
They are not above trading law and if you try to cancel they may say its already dispatched, do not believe this at face value. There emails a worthless are not correct, but good for they to stale you from action. Get the tracking number.
Yes there sizing is far from accurate and they go out of there way not to refund you or cancel.

Do not buy form this company and if its dispatcher return it don't sign for it the chances are its delivered outside the 15 days delivery time.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before buying. What a total disappointment. Their size chart must have been designed for someone suffering of anorexia nervosa. There is no way that size chart is correct. The order came to me quickly and was excited to try it on; however, I noticed right off that there was small hole. I contacted the "On Line Chat" person which was extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. I took picture of the garment and sent the photo's to their support group. I received an e-mail saying that they were going to send me a replacement garment. Two weeks have past and I still have yet to see or hear back from this company. I e-mail this company on Friday to see where this replacement was or when I would see it. Never heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP, TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered the M in a body shaper cause i was right on the edge between small and medium. I am 5'4", 133lbs. My measurements are: Under bust - 30, waist - 28, hips - 38 and there is absolutely no way I can get this thing on. It makes my thighs look like sausages sticking out of too small of a casing and it took two people to try and zip it up. As an avid crossfitter I don't normally feel fat, but this thing for sure made me feel fat. Rolls of skin sticking out of every edge of this thing. Not sure if I should have gotten a large, but if I can't fit a medium, I'm not sure who on this planet could. Definitely not anyone who needs a body shaper.

Wish I read this website first before I ordered...
Placed the order, excited to get my confirmation with tracking. But still nothing.
I reach out and they tell me it's 7-10 days to process order and 2-3 days to ship.
On business day 14 now. Still no product, still no tracking.
I reach back out, and now it's 7-10 days to fill and 7-10 days to ship.
I have to be the one to reach out multiple times to try and get a response, and when I do get a response it's the same. "It takes 7-10 days to process an order, you will get an email with tracking once it ships".
So... Business Day 14? Do you not see that? Get me a tracking number! This should already have shipped...

I could have ordered anywhere else and had my item by now.

It took 2 months for the product to arrive, within that time I had contacted their customer service and been told that they were waiting for a shipment. Following this another 3 weeks went by with no contact or offer of information or attempt at compensation by the company from them, I decided to be patient. Eventually an email came through from DHL letting me know I owed them £24 for customs and VAT, the cost of he original product was £68. I could neither afford the product nor the customs duty but was very excited at the purchase nevertheless. The company had offered no readily available information about shipping and customs during the purchase and refused to allow the product to be returned. On arrival I was still excited to receive it, tried it on straight away and it did absolutely nothing! Despite taking advice from their sales team before I bought it the thing is completely ineffective. Additionally, the seam came apart immediately on the crotch where there was no strain whatsoever on the material. So it was either just crap or faulty. Either way, once again the company was wholly unhelpful refusing to allow a product return or any alternative - like it or lump it. So upset!

Ordered from them late at night, chose size larger than what they suggested. However I read in the bottom of the sizing page that it is all one size based off of smaller measurements so I call to cancel, no answer. So I message them on Facebook asking about cancelling, they block me with no response. I messaged them on chat through their website which says someone will answer within an hour, no one did. I called the next morning when they opened, no answer four times. Filed a complaint with PayPal, they send an email saying they want to cancel the order before it ships. Two hours later company sends tracking number but package didn't send out tile the next day. I got ahold of them finally at about one that afternoon and the lady was rude, just kept saying we don't do returns. It wasn't a return it was a cancellation for something that hasn't even left yet. She said they don't do returns but I could do an exchange. I ordered a shaper in a 4x which was the largest shaper they have. That was based off of their own websites estimator based off of my weight and height. She asked for my measurments and weight, then told me yeah your not going to fit into it, but we don't do refunds. She then said I could exchange it and get diet pills since nothing will fit me. I paid 87 bucks for this stupid thing and it will not fit me. They could have cancelled the order but did not want to. This company needs to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. They overcharged deeply on shipping, the item comes in a plastic bag that Halloween costumes come in, and turns out it is so unbelievably small it will not even fit my sister who is a size large! Never ever ever ever again.

I bought the 2x and it barely even go over my hips. I bought the 3x and it fits exactly the same. No difference in size at all. Now I have two that don't fit at all. Wasted money. The sizing chart they claim on their site doesn't even work for a realistic body size with height and weight. I am 5"11 and 225. I was hoping to wear it while working out and I can't even get it on. I have thin legs but a belly I am trying to get rid of and I can't zip the stupid thing. Every single model I see and positive review I see is of women already thin. Is this product only for people with flat stomachs? That would have been nice to know.

It took so long for my order to get to me. When I contacted customer service they said they shipped it and its out of their hands and I should contact USPS. When the package finally did arrive it was so damaged and envelope was opened. My items were inside untouched remarkably. Tried on and I'm just not that pleased with the product. Yup, no returns. Spent a lot of $$. Their product is not worth the money they charge. But, I am mostly discouraged by their customer service. Terrible! Don't buy from this company. Just go to Macy's, Nordstrom or some good reputable store and get your shape wear there. Even Target sells better stuff.

Let me first say I hate even giving this one star. It's too generous but I had no option. I had order a couple of shaperz to see which one I liked for underneath a dress for a wedding I was in. When the order came one was in the snap bag and one was inside another plastic bag that was in the snap bag. I went to try on the black shaper, the one in only the snap bag, first when I noticed white stuff on it. I lifted it to my face to see what it was and I threw up in my mouth because it literally smelled like someone's butthole. I immediately got in the shower and scrubbed myself clean because I felt so disgusting touching it. When I contacted customer service they told me they don't give refunds but they would exchange it. First of all I'm not going to spend the money to ship it back when I already spend $17 having it sent priority mail. Second of all I don't want ANY of their products when they sent me something dirty! I fought with them on 3 different days to try to get my money back. I spent $195 on garbage. They say it's company policy not to give refunds so I am wonder if it's company policy to send out used dirty undergarments too? Apparently. I am absolutely disgusted. I am an athlete and don't usually wear things like this but I was having a hormone issue and wanted to contain my bloating in the dress, so I have no need for one now, even if they are willing to exchange it. I contacted my bank and they are going to try to get my money back but I won't be sending it back until I get my money back. Even then I will still be out money with what I have to pay to ship it back. If I ever owned a company and something like that was sent to one of my customers I would do a lot more than just refund money and they won't even refund it at all! It is complete bull$#*! and I hope they get their karma for their greed.

I made a purchase of 4 items and they were complete garbage. One dress arrived damaged with cement glue dried right in the front of the dress, the other dress was so cheap and not like the one i ordered from their online store, it had loose string ends stinking out of almost all areas of the dress. One of my capris fitness pants never showed up and the one that did was so cheap that it was practically see through. I contacted customer service for a full refund and was turned down. I was given two cheap imitations, one damaged item and was shorted another item all in the same order. I was also given the wrong email for a supervisor called vivian and the email didn't work. I contacted them and wrote a letter and have not heard back. BUYER BEWARE!
