I've been away drag customer for probably eight years. I have ordered everything from meats to trips or hotel stays and products as well as the odd gift certificate. I most recently had an issue with one of my purchases. When I contacted the ragtag representative they ended up resolving the issue with the seller and redeemed my purchase money. It was done in a customer service friendly manner.
Advertised 10 oz Australian Wagu striploins and provided AAA. WagJag advertised 10 oz Australian Wagu strip loin steaks for sale. 6 for $115.00. I purchased 2 boxes and when they arrived I was surprised to find nothing better than Canadian AAA, at best. The company, that provided the steaks, The Butcher Shoppe, has on their website photos of the different steaks, and clearly, the steaks I received were not anywhere close to Wagu of Kobe, as was on the label. I contacted WagJag with photographs and they said that the Butcher Shoppe said they were in fact Australian Wagu. Not even close! A complete rip-off. I will never shop on WagJag again. Not the Butcher Shoppe either, as they are both liars.

I've been contacting them daily for a week. They are incredibly difficult to work with. I sent proof I only got one pair (picture evidence, package couldn't even hold 2 pairs). They didn't respond. After days of calling I finally got a hold of someone. They acknowledged my emails. And now ghosted me.

Ordered storage containers the pics shown implied they stood open on their own. Paid premium price for dollar store quality. Also noticed wag jag no longer has reviews for items. They don't stand by their products.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy anything from them until you search up similar products at the dollar store, the quality is the same.
SHAME ON YOU:
A voucher from last winter season for ice fishing because of pandemic... I could not use... I asked for special situation reason refund. They denied including managerial level... shame on you and will report you to Consumers Reports and Consumer agencies from Canada... shame on you... if you understand that which I doubt!
I'm convinced they are just out for people to visit their site. Coupon codes don't even look like coupon codes. So this proves they are just out for site visiting

March 2022 was my first time using WAGJAG for making a purchase. Below are the major Issues I encountered with my purchase:
1. After signing up I got an email confirmation and a 15% first purchase discount code. At the time of making the purchase there was no screen in any step of purchase that asked me to enter any discount code and I ended up paying the price without getting any benefit for the discount code provided.
2. The T&Cs stated that full refund will be provided in case cancellation request is within 48 hrs of purchase. After realizing that I was unable to utilize the discount code I sent an email to *******@wagjag.com (which is the only email address provided on their website) and it has been more than 3 days and I have not received any response from these idiots.
Very disappointed with this site and it feels like they are only concerned about whatever revenue they earn by selling the deals and if a customer has any issues and raises them they are least bothered to take care of it or respond.
Used the massager twice and then it stopped working. Not able to return it because it was over one week since it was delivered. Waste of $100!

I ordered 4 dash cams as Christmas gifts they all came without SD cards was told they were mailed over 3 weeks ago and still never received them then one of the cameras does not work keep shutting off then told there is only 3 employees and they have over 700 Complaints
I have called over and over and get the run around each time
First time customer and last I will never order from them again
Terrible service
Against my better judgment (so many bad reviews) I ordered a golf tent (for home use) a month ago. I realize during COVID things are slower. The product hasn't arrived nor has there been notification I tried to call bytthe message is they won't answer phones, and they don't answer emails either apparently, since I'm still waiting for a reply They can never compete with Amazon, The Bay or other ethical retailers. Garbage.
I ordered a dozen of vouchers and it took me over 14 days to receive them. Once I received them I realized it's not the way I thought they would be used. I asked for a refund immediately but they refused. I hope your company will go bankruptcy very soon. Just don't ever go to purchase anything on this stupid website!
It took 3 months to resolve this issue and am not happy about the only solution provided, credit instead of full refund considering we are now living through a pandemic and I would not be able to use the voucher that was originally purchased.
In unprecedented circumstances such as this, it would behoove WagJag to be more flexible with policies.
I can guarantee, once I've used the credit issued, I will never use WagJag ever again.
This was the first and last time.

I bought 2 pairs of quoted from their website, " What you get
A pair of authentic Ray-Ban Sunglasses in one of five models and a variety of colours and styles."
Took 4 weeks to arrive, one pair fell apart when the lens fell right out of them and smashed on the floor. The other pair the Ray-Ban logo wore off! When I sent an email to complain they say why did I not report earlier? They are selling fraudulent goods and should be in jail!
And not the first time they sold crap, another time Oral B replacement toothbrushes, again fake!
I hope these guys get screwed, sued!

Businesses beware about promoting your business on their platform. They sell the coupons and find every possible way not to pay you after you have spent time and money doing the work
I have tried to call Wagjag contact phone number and the voice message indicates they will not be answering phone calls, only emails. I am trying to get a refund for a Toronto Harbour cruise that is not in service this year. They told me to call wagjag for a refund. Via email only the customer service rep from Wagjag tells me that I'm entitled to a wagjag credit only seeing as it's over the 14 days since I purchased the voucher (few months). I'm trying to tell the wagjag rep that through no fault of my own, I couldn't use the voucher if the cruise is not operating! This is a total rip off, wagjag is benefiting from not having to reimburse customers their money. I don't want a credit and I should have the option.

It's been almost 7 weeks already since I made a purchase and I haven't received my order. It's supposed to be delivered within 1-4 weeks. There's no update on delivery even.

Be very wary of what you are purchasing. Almost all the physical goods are sourced directly from China... as such, the descriptions are almost always in some way incorrect. Made the mistake of buying from WagJag one time which was one time too many.
Followed up with Customer Service multiple times and have been presented with zero solutions.
Save yourself the hassle. Go on AliBaba or Ebay and deal with the sellers directly.

It is correct that a lot of the items are sourced from China but they go through a rigorous process to be vetted first, before being put up on the website. However, as with even iPhones, there is a 1-2% defect rate which any seller will be exposed to. If you have emailed us and not heard back, we sincerely apologize and will definitely make this right for you.

Never order anything from this this is worse online company they take your money and no response and product you get from them if some how some one you get connected then they give you false statement like they deliver your items to different address or they say they deliver to your address which is completely false statement so be careful and don't purchase anything from this site
Unreliable to deal with, irresponsible. Bad experience. Have not received the order, no refund, no response.
I ordered a gas gift card and once I received it I realized it's not the way I thought they would be used (you're paying $50 upfront for a 5 cent discount per litre up to $75 in savings). If that didn't make sense it's because it doesn't and no one in their right mind would fork out $50 to receive $75 back in gas savings over the course of a year pretty much. I asked for a refund immediately because the way it's advertised is very misleading but they refused. I even called Esso directly and they informed me they have had many issues with customers complaining about this. I pass this messaged along to wagjag and asked them to escalate the issue but they've just stopped responding. Well I hope that one purchase was worth it because I will NEVER order from them again. Total rip off and no customer service whatsoever!
Only received 12? Phoned the Seller number but voicemail full and cannot accept any messages.
Do not deal with Wagjag company, if you are smart.

I have been debating whether to try wagjag. Reading the reviews I don't think I will chance it. Not reaching customer service and so many negative reviews is a huge red flag for me.
I ordered a $15 necklace and never recieved it. They said it was dropped off by Purolator but I never recieved it. Went through a few emails and then all contact stopped and I never recieved the necklace or a refund. So very disappointed in this. They have lost a customer over a $15 necklace. Poor customer service! Booooo wag jag
Bought wireless iPhone chargers, both don't work. Contacted WagJag about a refund almost a week ago and no reply. It's been a frustrating experience and it's a good thing I learnt my lesson on a small purchase. Listen to what people are saying on these reviews because it really is true. This company does not stand behind its customers.

Wag jag is sells knockoffs. Purchased 2 MP3 SHUFFLE players & they were so cheaply made & do not work. Called them to report it. Said they would look into it & email me back Ha vent heard a word from them. Never again will I buy something from them. & don't recommend it to no one.
