After making a purchase at www.wacom.com I got my Paypal receipt and an order confirmation. A week later (only on weekday work hours) I called because... well they have no working webchat and no email address which has responded yet.
In the call, they basically had no explanation for the lack of customer communications, no 21st century communication... They also lacked an explanation for the lack of actual fulfillment. In the call, they CLAIM that I will receive shipping info for a delivery in a couple days.
EVERY OTHER WEBSITE HAS EVERYTHING Wacom's site lacks. So, go there and save at least a weeks time, a phone call, and frustration.
