I had a flight booked with Vueling from Valenica Spain to Amsterdam on 5 Aug 2020. I live in Australian and they have put a ban on overseas travel during the pandemic. Vueling has done nothing to change their policies during this time to assist their customers. They suggested I change my flight, I do not live in Europe, I can't just "change" my flight, I live on the other side of the world. Europe was part of our 5 month world trip starting 1st Aug. We have 21 flights to cancel. All other airlines are issuing refunds during this time. Disgraceful company, do no book with them, they do not care about their customers. Spend the extra $$ and go with someone else
Worst website EVER - It takes quite a while to book tickets when you have a large family and the website does nothing but time out making it take 100 times longer. The phone lines are 80p per minute which quite frankly is scandalous!
Their policy system when people needs to make changes is a disgrace £48 plus flight difference £500 just one way to Barcelona for 2hrs 30mns flight? Only needed to correct a mistake on my name. They take advantage of people, nor flexible, no understanding. Dont use them, they still your money!

Lost luggage on 7/21/23. Immediately filed a report. Have not heard anything from them other than their automatic emails telling me they are sorry and to be patient. I can see my luggage is still at the FCO airport from my AirTag.
Cannot get through to lost and found's customer service line to speak to someone. Left voicemails and emails, but still have not been contacted back.
They're theives, no more to say. Never use again. Boycott! Kill this company off!

The punishment fee of the Vueling airline is ridiculous when you want to change the date of your flight. I paid 400 euro for my first tickets and when I asked for the new price to change the date they asked for 800 euro more! There is no way a ticket cost that much, they are just there to trick you. I booked through Bravofly and they had written on their webpage that it only costs 50 euro to change the date. I also got a "cancelation insurance" through them that didn't do a thing. I will never book through this airline again and I wouldn't´ recommend anyone els to do it either. It may sound cheep at first, but do not get fooled by it! Bye bye money!
I was thinking that I will try to use vueling more often but the matter is that their prices are often far from low cost. I hope they can offer more cheap tickets!
I had booked a flight to Florence. I had accidentally booked the ticket under my English Name, instead of using my chinese name, as written in my passport. I acknowledge that it was a silly mistake, one that I have never made before, and one that I was very willing to pay 100 euros to correct, as most other airlines, such as RyanAir and British Airlines do. However, as I checked in at the airport in Gatwick, London, to my HORROR, your staff told me that I had to pay 500 Euros just for this administrative change to the name.( apparently, a fee +the flight difference.) I will have you know I had originally only paid 70 pounds for the flight, so an extra 500 euros is daylight robbery. When I could not pay that, they told me that the flight to Florence was full, as was all other flights on that day. I had to buy another flight at 120 euros on British Airways to Pisa, and take a train from there to Florence, while my boyfriend who I was travelling with would take the original Florence flight. I am completely disgusted with Vueling after this experience, it has left a bitter taste in my mouth and while I am certain I will not make a mistake with my name on tickets again after this costly experience, I will always choose British Airways from now on, or some other company, even if it means I have to pay abit more for my flight, because of my utter disgust with Vueling's policy. I am disappointed with Vueling's service and completely redundant policy ( do they really expect that anyone would pay 500 euros for a name change? Why not just charge 100 like everyone else and not be so unreasonable about it), and further, I will definitely discourage people from flying using this airline after this experience, just based on principle. Boycott.
I have always had a god experience, and they let you travel with your pet!
Answer: It's impossible, you can't contact them at all. They took my money and ran away
Answer: It's a scam, they robbed me. They're evasive. Didn't provide the service paid for and didn't return the money
