I purchased its VPN for 1-month subscription with $9.99 last Saturday, but the related client couldn't recognize it after installed. I submitted ticket to the support team, but one of them forward to the account department. Then after two days, someone called Yuriy Zhernovoy replied me and answered my question. I did as what he suggested, but my issue was still not settled. I continued to write several emails, but no reply... I want a full refund if you guys can't resolve my problem! I purchased so many VPNs, but it's the first to come across such problem... There is no entrance to apply for refund, no phone contact, no online chat from the support team... Anybody can give me a suggestion on what to do? Thanks! It seems that I came across a scammer!
The worst VPN service I have ever used, it keeps disconnecting super slow and very ugly inefficient user interface.
I regret every penny spent on this useless VPN service, it's even worse than free vpn services!
This VPN has good WireGuard speeds and unblocks movies and TV like Netflix with ease, but if you will regularly hit the five device limit, its painfully inflexible device management system will be a major hassle. There is still a lot to like here, though, so take the trial anyway, and see what you think about this VPN service.
