When I try to launch the app on my Ubuntu Linux box, I keep getting an error message that I'm offline, not connected to the internet: have any other Ubuntu users had this problem and, if so, what did you do? I've re-installed the app a number of times and re-booted, but to no avail.

Hey, John, I also had a very bad experience!
I purchased its VPN for 1-month subscription with $9.99 last Saturday, but the related client couldn't recognize it after installed. I submitted ticket to the support team, but one of them forward to the account department. Then after two days, someone called Yuriy Zhernovoy replied me and answered my question. I did as what he suggested, but my issue was still not settled. I continued to write several emails, but no reply... I want a full refund if you guys can't resolve my problem! I purchased so many VPNs, but it's the first to come across such problem... There is no entrance to apply for refund, no phone contact, no online chat from the support team... Anybody can give me a suggestion on what to do? Thanks! It seems that I came across a scammer!
