Merchandise was received in a timely manner. However merchandise was defective. Returned product at my expense per instructions and had delivery confirmation. A month later they have not refunded money or sent new product. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.

I bought a max shooter on vpgames.com and It did not arrive for 3 weeks, I was calling, emailing trying to see where my product was and I could not get a hold of them at all. Luckily I received my max shooter in the mail, I thought I got ripped off. The max shooter has some issues, does not hold its memory so I have to program it everytime I plug it in.

We ordered 2 used Wii remotes with nunchucks. We received them in a timely manner, but they were defective. We returned them as instructed and we have not received replacements. They will not answer emails or phone messages. BEWARE!

STAY AWAY! Sell fake products - they do not refund your money so don't try to send faulty or fake stuff back - cos you will be more out of pocket through postage

Despite other people's experience, and my experience of getting a non-compatible PS3 Laser Lens, I find their customer service very responsive and satisfying. When I wrote them about the product I got, they apologize for their honest mistake, thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention, and immediately processed my full 100% refund. Below is the response I got.

Hi Rey,

I apologize for the confusion. This lens should be compatible with
Your model of PS3, the CECHE01, and I'm terribly sorry that it isn't.
I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can amend the
Product details in our listing.

While the lenses are new they are not sealed in retail packaging.
Either way, I would be more than happy to email you a prepaid shipping
Label so you can return this at our expense. A full refund will be
Issued within 10 business days of receiving this back.

I'll send that label over now, and please check your spam and junk
Folders as sometimes these labels end up there.
