“Still waiting for my order to be delivered”

I ordered two dresses on the 4th of July and I have not heard anything back from Voonik as to when my dresses will be delivered. I've sent a couple of emails but I keep on getting the same message which is irrelevant based on my query. The response from voonik says "yes we deliver to UK/US" but my query is when will I get my order delivered. I was hoping to get them this week so I can wear them at a wedding this weekend. The service is very inconsistent. I would really like them to deliver the dresses on time or at least communicate to me when I should expect them.

“Horrible Service...”

Very poor service... product had already been picked up more than 13days before... Bt still dint receive the exchanged item... Either deliver the product or refund the money back...
