I purchased the mask Jan 25th and now, 4 months later it stopped working. It is under warrranty. Please advise me.
Inside package open and missing items, just thrown into box. Good thing I opened it and didn't gift it. Shame.

When sending inquiries, I did receive replies that were helpful.
I found I have to lay down to use the mask. And it's not really comfortable. It's heavy. I'm disappointed that there are no led lights between the nose, and top lip. At 69, I have several vertical lines there that aren't helped.
Some fine lines in other areas have slightly lessened.
I haven't had my mask long and unfortunately became I'll shortly after receiving it but I love the customer service, I just emailed my question and they promptly replied, the few times I have used it, it made my skin feel so good. One of the galvantic (?) attachments snapped and they assured me that they will send a replacement, I have no doubt they will. I also got the serum to apply after use, it makes my skin feel so smooth. I know that I'm going to love my mask, if it makes my skin feel so good after just a few uses after a regular routine I will be 100% satisfied

I like the mask because I can get the job done in less time than a hand held. I dislike the mask because it's very heavy and uncomfortable on my face I've tried several different positions to place on my face, none have worked. I have to use both hands to hold mask up to my face whether I'm sitting upright or laying down.
Need to look into this further. The mask does not seem to work unless I'm plugged into the wall. Very inconvenient as it can be challenging to stand next to the wall for 10 minutes while using the mask. The mask does seem effective but inconvenient as it should be working without being constantly plugged into the outlet
Product received quickly with nice packaging. I have not had any issues so cannot speak to customer service.

I ordered online and waited for shipping, considering the distance and state of the world with the pandemic it arrived quickly.
For the cost of this product it is very cheaply made and painful to use. There are pegs in the mask to keep it from laying directly on the skin and they hurt after about 1 minute and leave marks from digging in.
