I placed an order only to have it refunded the next day with no explanation. Their phone number is fake (disconnected) and "Gary" the support person somewhere across the seas sent a standard reply to all canceled order questions, "We are really sorry the product is out of stock. Before there was already many peoples ordered this item. Once stock back we sure inform via Email." Funny thing is, I hadn't yet told him what the items were or who I was.
Now he's ignoring me. I cannot find out why it was refunded, since the products are still on their website, now at a higher price. I will not do business with them again and discourage others as well.
I ordered a board game and then a few days later received and email telling my money was being refunded. They gave no explanation as to why. It would have been nice to have some customer service email explaining why.
Just read that someone else had posted pretty much the same review and info I was going to... after I ordered and payment was taken, I received a confirmation email... next morning I received another email that the order was canceled, payment was returned but there was no reason why... tried to "chat" and "Gary" told me that the product was out of stock, same excuse as the review I read... so frustrating!
Do not use this website. It is a scam. They charge your credit care, never send you the item that was ordered, the phone number provided is a non working number and they do not respond to emails. Buyer beware for sure!
Placed an order and the next day it was cancelled with no explanation. No one answers phone and won't return phone call. Probably left ten messages no reply. Did the chat thing and was on hold for 3 hours and no one came on. The product I ordered went up in price the next. No reason why cancelled. Got an email saying they were waiting for payment to go through after they cancelled my order. Don't order from them.
Ordered at 8pm. Was going to call with a question about my order. It says company is in Florida but the number was Oklahoma. Odd busy signal. Then I noticed "address" was spelled incorrectly on their website. Got an email at 6:50 this morning from them saying order was canceled which is fine as long as they don't charge but I am concerned about them having my card info. Will keep an eye on my account.
I ordered mason jars that was showing on their website I paid for it it I had confirmation that the order was revived and the next day they gave a refund and canceled my order for no reason. I was skeptical about this website from the get go. Beware they are fishy
I placed an order online but I had a question about my order so I called the number listed on the website; which was not working. Called multiple times and just got a quick busy signal. I emailed the company and did not hear back from them. I went online to their website and tried to chat to someone who supposedly was named Gary who did not speak English very well. When I questioned him about the nonworking phone number he wouldn't let me know what was going on. I then said I was going to cancel my order because I was highly suspicious that this was a scam and he then said that the item I ordered was out of stock. Highly suspicious! Not a valid site. Do not buy anything from this place.
All his information is false, his phone number is registered in Oklahoma but his address is in Florida, when you try to call no one answers, if you put his address on maps you will find that it is a hotel, his domain was created in July 2021
The team that works there goes above and beyond, to make sure that the customers are happy with their purchases. I enjoy buying a select of high-end products for half the price. Thank you
