Please please do not order anything from this company I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still waiting confirmation of my order despite the money being withdrawn from my account I have tried to email them on numerous occasions but no reply so please don't order anything I'm now speaking to the fraud squad at my bank and will continue to leave reviews daily regarding my experience don't these people know money is tight for everyone and to do this to people is just despicable

TOTAL SCAM! DONT DO IT.
This company runs under several names and the phone number doesn't get answered at all. It doesn't have a professional feel. I was lied to and told to wait for my order. Someone said below the same that their order said dispatched without tracking info and never got it. I've found 3 names for this company including health reaction and the site is known as a scam. Unfortunately I am now left without my product and my money and need to report fraud with my bank as well as contact trading standards. Dont trust these people honestly! I never put this about any company but they're not genuine this is a scam

It's a pity I didn't read the reviews, I was cheated out of 54 pounds, neither goods nor money!. How is it possible that they still exist and deceive people!😔😔😔

First they advertise things not in stock. So what I ordered didn't arrive. When I complained a few weeks later (the order was made in early March) they said it would soon be back in stock. It wasn't, so they offered me a very similar product (early May). This has still not arrived, despite two reminders. They have refused so far to give me a refund. AVOID!

Theyre absolutely the worst and will screw you around receiving your product if you even do- I messaged regularly and it took about 6 months to get a refund then they said they would provide the product despite this, I went back a forth with this scan after this and it turns out my product I originally purchased couldn't even be shipped to me country in the first place #AVOID

I find this company completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Waiting almost two months for an order is completely absurd and receiving short and unprofessional responses from the company makes the situation even worse.

It is obvious that the company does not put its customers first and does not care about solving the problems. They just make empty promises to deliver the goods without actually doing so. Promising that the goods will arrive within a certain time and then delaying the delivery week after week is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and integrity.

Asking for a refund after so many weeks of non-delivery and poor customer service is no more than fair. But the fact that the company can't even send a confirmation or make the refund they promised shows their total nonchalance and lack of respect for their customers.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. There are so many other more reliable and responsible companies out there that will take care of their customers in a professional manner. This negative experience has been a real inconvenience and I hope my review can help others avoid the same situation.

The company never came back to me about an order that didn't arrive. I couldn't get in touch with them and after ringing once, the next times it said that they were busy! So almost as if they have blocked me.

I made a costly order to this site in mid August and my order has still not arrived.
When I sent out an e-mail to enquire about my order it bounced and came back as unrecognised.
I have also tried phoning the help desk and there is never an answer
This is clearly a scam and the site should be prevented from operating.

Bought 2 bottles of Tiptree brown sauce 3 weeks ago.no sauce and no refund.countless emails and promises of product and refund and neither!they're a total con and scam u out of money.avoid,do not buy.they'll take your money and that's the last you'll see of it!

I placed order from this website and I did not receive a confirmation email nor the item to my address, and they don't pickup a phone nor reply the email, I am going to contact my bank to open a dispute case to get my money back.
However, after one week they replied to my email and told me the item which I want it out of stock, later they refund the amount to my bank account.

Total scam ordered 2 items never arrived asked for refund 3 months ago still not received items or refund.

Do not recommend buying at all I paid, I did not receive the product and the money is not returned Disgraceful behavior
