I order a birth certificate and I currently live in Germany. I received it within three days. It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks a lot!

This company is horrible. Still awaiting my document and no returned calls or follow up from them. DO NOT get ripped off by this company.

I needed a copy of my marraige certificate. I had no choice but to use VitalChek. Their ONE job, was to send me the appropriate form. The form they sent, I completed. ONE WEEK LATER, I was told I had "tampered" with the form, and now they were going to send me another form... after I had taken time to go to fedEx to get a copy, then across town to UPS for a notarization. ONE JOB! Send me the correct form! But no. Couldn't do that. Now they are asking me to tamper with another form with different information. After speaking w/a supervisor, who was that Super-Sweet-But-Unapologetic for the lousy CS given to me by her company, she kept asking me if there was anything else? Anything else? She had the energy of someone who wanted to just get me off of her phone. I responded YES! You have wasted much of my time and money w/your companies incompetence, so, please, do not charge me. I am a week out, and will be closer to two weeks out once I get the form notarized for the second time. I did not have two weeks to waste. But Thank You! VitalChek! For wasting that two weeks for me.

Can't make up their damn minds on what documents I need for my husband to get his birth certificate!

If I could have rated this company a -2, I would have. On Feb 11,2022, I put in my mother's name correctly on the first page, then on the 2nd page it asked for her father's name and her mother's name. I don't know how they screwed it up, but they sent me a "reject" letter on March 17,2022 saying they did not have a record for my mother UNDER HER MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME! I immediately called them to try and get it straightened out, but they said I am the one who put the name in incorrectly, which is a crock of hooeey. They said they would resubmit the request. They also charged me $91. $18.50 of it was for mailing, which they gave me no option but Express Mail. Ha! I had to wait 35 days for a response, they insisted I pay $18.50 to "get it faster"? Horsefeathers! I called today, and they said the sent me another "reject" letter on March 29,2022, which I never received. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Save yourself some money and download the form from lavote.net and mail it in. Their website says it takes about 20 days, whereas vitalchek takes over 30 days, so the time lost going through the mail is not that big a deal.

I ordered 3 sets of papers. Delivered quickly. Very happy with the ease of ordering and quick arrival.

I placed and order in March and STILL have not received my 2 birth certificates. They don't answer the phone bc of Covid? Since when can you catch Covid over the phone. RIDICULOUS.

They suc. 7 months to deliver a birth cert. Do not use them. Just kept blaming the state and the covid outbreak.

My certificate arrived, in perfect condition and before i expected it. Tanks you. On the downside I found the service expensive.

This company scam they didn't get my license so I can get a passport don't use these people they will have u waiting

Not only is it difficult to get ahold of a representative but I received my son's birth certificate crumbled and with a hole. Do not use

Don't use their services, they are a fake website, as the birth certificate wich I received was fake

This site made it very easy to get what I've been trying to do by other sites and mail for the last 11 years, AND got it here in 30 hours.

I paid over $104 for a certified copy of marriage certificate in NC on 6/12. Still in processing. Then after I received it, it would then need to go to an Apostille. WTH! Needed it for visa. Emailed them for update on 6/29. No reply until 7/9, Here is the reply:

As of today, the order has been processing for 17 business days. It can the NC office 25-30 business days to work on the order before they ship it out.

Since I did not get a reply in a couple days I researched ( yes, a bit too late) only to see the really bad reviews. I immediately got to work in getting this document myself. Got the Certified Marriage Certificate and had Apostilled in NC via mail within a week. Paid $10 for certificate and $10 for Apostille, plus overnight shipping cost. Still way less than $104+. Needed shipped to the UK, which was why I seeked assistance from them.
NOT SURE what the hold up is, or the cost is for. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM THEM. Tried to cancel, which by the way they answered that email straight away. A big fat NO of course.
DO NOT TRUST!

I received my sons BC in a timely manner and it was very easy and simple to pickup and the staff was very sweet and understanding.
